I haven't taken the actions yet that the representative suggested but working on it. BUT.... I've said it (or thought it :-) before--- Seven Corners is the best. The ability to talk to a real person and get the help needed by a patient professional is unsurpassed.

Straight forward website and customer service by phone available on a Sat. night! Some items were a tad misrepresented, e.g., free cancellation, best price guarantee, etc. than an opportunity to pay, But still good service.
