No help with defective product
I purchased a $1300 chandelier (Paltò Alto Mixed Globe 5-light Multipendant) 18 months ago and one of the globes suddenly stopped working (tried changing the bulb of course). I also had an issue with removing one of the globe toppers which was like welded in place. I understood the product was not new and did not expect a full refund but hoped to work with the company on a partial refund or even a coupon code towards a new product. They would do nothing for me. Clearly they do not stand by their products, and I would not order from them again.
High Prices, Poor Quality, Awful Service
Our expensive Rejuvenation outdoor lighting fixture came with an ill-fitting glass globe shade that leaked from day one -- water runs down the outside of the shade into the fixture itself. A design flaw -- no gaskets, just glass on metal. We should have returned it. We've tried several hacks over the last few years, no luck. Since they don't sell it anymore (it's curiously still on their website), and have no replacement parts for it, they were delighted to offer me 10% off another over-priced, low-quality product that comes with no discernible customer service. Their service reps have to call "leadership" to make a decision so it was back and forth with lengthy wait times. I cannot in good conscience recommend these folks, and exercising good common sense, will not purchase a single thing from them again.
slow delivery/can't order replacement parts
I ordered a cabinet that came in 2 months later than initially estimated.
We finally received the cabinet and had it installed. The countertop fabricator accidentally lightly damaged one of the doors during countertop installation so I called rejuvenation to order a replacement door only to be told they do not sell parts and they refused to give me information on the manufacturer so i could order a new door. They also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I would never order products from them again.
I cannot believe the poor quality of…
I cannot believe the poor quality of the items at Rejuvenation. We bought 17 x $91 drawer pulls that were two tone (brass and oil rubbed bronze--Harlow pulls) . Every one of them has the finish rubbing or chipping off. I am beyond a year so I can't get anything in return. They are also just beyond 8 inches so you can only replace with more poor quality items from Rejuvenation. At a total expenditure of close to $3000 for pulls (our knobs were from here as well), I was shocked that there was no quality control. We will have to either keep the lousy pulls, patch the holds and refinish or buy more poor quality pulls. I can't believe the number of one star reviews.
Awful experience
Awful experience. My interior designers ordered a bathroom vanity (Wallace 36" Single Vanity) which shipped in three parts - the base cabinet, the stone countertop, and the sink basin. The countertop crate arrived empty with no stone countertop. Just the foam packaging and manual. I was told to wait another month for the replacement to come. It did eventually come, but then when my plumber went to install the sink we realized they did not include the under sink mounting clips - just the screws and washers. But NO clips. These clips were missing from both of the manual packets (manual came in a plastic bag with the screws and washers) from both of the shipments... so we had to order clips from a different source. Total inconvenience, and now my plumber has to come back a different day. There is ZERO quality control when they package and send out their shipments.
THEN, I also ordered a surface bolt for double doors we had installed (Plain Surface Bolt) only to literally have it break within two weeks of use. The small metal bead that is supposed to catch and hold the bolt in place popped out. Now the one I ordered is suddenly no longer available. So I had to order the same one, but in a larger size so I could get the right finish and have my screw holes that were already drilled into my new doors to match up. If not for the screw holes, I would have ordered a different surface bolt from a different company entirely.
SUPER annoyed with this company. Super shitty shipments - buyer BEWARE with anything you order from them. Your item may come missing important parts! Quality overall is not impressive.
Terrible Customer Service
I ordered 2 Burton Side Tables and never received them. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times and can't get help with this issue. The order number is Order#: 351663566526. The worst customer service I have ever experienced
“White glove delivery” scam. Useless and disinterested Cust Service. Garbage product
Went to order a planter, unchecked ‘white glove delivery’ (which is trickily selected by default), submit the order form and it errors. I submit again and I get an order confirmation with the white glove delivery fee of $100 along with the regular $100 shipping fee and an additional mystery $17 shipping fee. I call immediately to say that I don’t want white glove delivery and they just tell me that there’s nothing they can do that the order is already ‘being processed’. Of course I don’t get a shipping confirmation for weeks afterwards. Such a scam. This is the second time something along these lines has happened to me at rejuvenation. I hate this company. The planter arrived today, by the way, the $200 planter that ended up costing almost $500, it isn’t nice. Much less attractive than the picture. Never ordering from a Willams Sonoma company again.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam! Do not buy from them! Spent 260 on 6 hooks, after a Mo th of not hearing anything about the order shipping I asked for a return / order cancellation. No one ever replied, never received the items.
Beautiful hardware, awful service
Beautiful hardware, disconnected from reality on service.
We bought a $500 door knob a few years ago and a unique interior part recently broke making it unusable. It happens. Customer service picked up on the first ring but informed us they don’t sell replacement parts. So to replace a single part, I need to rebuy the entire set.
Either guarantee your work or give me the opportunity to fix it myself.
Nonexistent Customer Service - shop elsewhere
I was initially impressed with Rejuvenation when I ordered cabinet knobs—the quality and design were excellent. So when it came time to upgrade our door hardware during our exterior renovation, we confidently chose Rejuvenation products. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake.
We spent thousands of dollars on hinges and three full deadbolt sets from the Rejuvenation x Level Bolt collaboration. Despite carefully confirming with Rejuvenation that we were ordering the correct sets for our doors, none of them function as intended. Additionally, some of the finishes scratch *extremely* easily - our brand new oil rubbed bronze doorknob has gold showing through it now in multiple spots.
When we encountered issues during installation, I reached out to customer service immediately. The first representative I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told I would receive a call within a day or two—but no one followed up. After weeks of waiting, I reached out again and was again promised a manager would contact me. This time, I did receive a voicemail and email, but after multiple follow-ups—four emails and two phone calls over the course of a month—I received no response.
Regardless of price, this level of customer service is unacceptable. But for a brand that markets itself as a premium option, it’s especially disappointing. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
Staying safe from scammer
Staying safe from scammer, I paid £ 39.47 and then scammer changed price on PayPal to £45.00 and scammer not notified me way he changed price, I still waiting for my refund.
Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!
Worst customer service ever!!! Sales representative are super rude and won’t give you proper solutions to resolve your problem. I order a pair of kitchen pulls that I miss in order to complete a kitchen renovation project that I had on December 18. The order was supposedly delivered on the 23rd but the package never arrived. I contact customer service and they told me that I had to file a claim with UPS and told them that was not a a satisfactory resolution since I was in a deadline. I try to reach out again and the new sales representative told me that the package was transfer from ups to the local post office and it will arrive now by the end of the week of December 6. I told them that I couldn’t wait since I need it to wrap the project with my clients and ask them to send a new pair with expedited shipping but their answer was that I need it to wait and hang up the chat. What kind of solution is that for a multimillionaire company ??? Does a pair of a kitchen pulls are gonna break their bank ??? Horrible experience. Refrain to Chat with Ricky i have chat with him twice and he’s super rude and uncooperative!!! Won’t recommend buying anything with this company. Go to Crate and Barrel, West Elm or Arhaus instead. They would treat you nice and would try everything that’s in their power to resolve any problem you may experienced.
The worst logistics imaginable
I ordered 6 "in stock" planters 5 weeks ago- shipping from LA to Texas. First of all - there is no way to track your order. In comparison - I ordered a steel gate that shipped yesterday from Seattle. I can follow the LTL freight progress and know my order will arrive within 10 days. There are no tracking numbers for Rejuvenation and every time you call they can only tell you it is "in transit". Second - they are cheaping out too much on shipping. In comparison - I ordered an outdoor planter 5 days ago and it was already delivered by FedEx yesterday. I'm not sure how Rejuvenation thinks they are helping their brand with this incredibly slow shipping. Third - bait and switch - Rejuvenation first said my planters would be delivered by 5 weeks. Now that we are at 5 weeks - they changed the expected delivery to give themselves three weeks more time (now 8 weeks for shipping!) that I only saw when I logged in to check. No email notification or apology. I will NEVER EVER order from Rejuvenation again. The planters will now arrive after the freeze - so we won't be able to plant our plants in time for the roots to establish and be protected from frost. Just a total waste all around.
Still waiting for my refund
I purchased my item in July. It was delivered without me knowing, I received zero notifications. Apparently it's my responsibility to check. The courier returned it after 5 days (again, didn't know it had arrived).
I've called multiple times, some reps are nice and seem to know what's going on, others are clueless. Long story short, they have no idea where it is and I'm the one being penalized and out $300.
I am still waiting for my refund in October.....do better.
I just bought a house with rejuvenation…
I just bought a house with rejuvenation locks; within a week, the lock failed. The previous house owner says he had the locks put in, and they failed multiple times in the past 4 years. I called the company, and they won't do anything to make it good--no warranty at all. Looks pretty, but nonfunctional, and very expensive.
Terrible products
Terrible products. Look good online, but fall apart. Never order from here.
High price for low quality
We bought the Large Oval Cupboard Latch in Aged Brass, and the quality has been severely lacking. When we tried to screw it in, the nail broke in half, with part of it getting stuck in our brand-new cabinet door. We tried again with the extra nail, moving the latch slightly higher, and the same thing happened. Now we have two broken nails stuck in our new cabinet door.
This is incredibly frustrating, especially since this is the second time we've ordered this item. The first one had scuff marks and looked damaged, so we returned it and asked for a replacement. Now, with the replacement, we're facing this issue.
This company charges high prices for these items, yet the quality does not match the cost. We just spent tens of thousands of dollars on our kitchen renovation, only to end it with their low-quality product. I spent $1,214.13 on hardware alone and now worry about their other products already installed in my kitchen.
While I don't expect them to cover the cost of a new cabinet door, I wanted to express my disappointment. I have emailed them and included photos but they have not replied.
Additionally, I also ordered a drawer pull last time, and it had to be returned and replaced because they sent it in a finish I did not ask for. Thankfully, that was an easy fix, and I later received the correct finish to match my kitchen, but maybe now you can understand how frustrated I am with this company.
Bad policies for their own errors
I ordered a flush mount light and was sent the wrong size and color canopy. Only figured it out after installing the crossbar that the canopy was too small for it and the shade was larger than the fitter mount. Called their customer service and was told I had to return the entire light including the crossbar, which was a total pita to install and I didn’t want to remove it. Asked if there was a due date to return the light by and was informed that I had to return it before they would ship the replacement?! What is even going on at this company. This is all their fault and they’re treating me with distrust. This will likely be my last purchase.
Total junk - Buyer Beware
Total junk - Buyer Beware - I bought a $470 door handle from this company, it lasted less than 2 years before it broke. Asked the company to replace the broken part or supply a new one as for this amount, I'd expect a company to stand by its products. The company response "sorry for inconvenience, we can't help you". As an interior decorator, we won't be be buying products or directing our clients ever again at Rejuvenation or their sister companies, William Sonoma etc. Really short sighted business.
Multiple issues and no support
We purchased a new and unopened Rejuvenation Brambling 56" fan from a private party who decided against using it in a remodel. When the light is off and the fan is on (via remote), the light flickers. The fan also wobbles even with the set screws fully tightened. I called Rejuvenation for technical support and they refused to talk to me. They told me to call "Brambling", which doesn't exist.
