I have paid for order (Quantity 13 pcs) and I received just Quantity 5 pcs , no explanation sent from seller why not sent full quantity 13 pcs.

very bad delivery services

very bad delivery services , I have place order No. 7801612 ( camera lens) from 16-11-2019 and till today 03-12-2019 (about 17 days not received), customer services refused to cancel this item. not back again , I opened case and eGlobal Central UK not responded. One star too many on the service I received, I hope that a quarter of a star will be put to the evaluation. 6-8 days delivery is shiting
