I wait until April 23 because in Catalonia it is Valentine's Day and it is customary to give a rose to the people you love.

My order still hasn’t arrived to the courier after six weeks of ordering it. When asking about the order, they say that it’s soon in place. That was three weeks ago.

Lotta, Finland Post lost your package. There's not a lot we can do once the product you have ordered has been shipped. But we have sent you a replacement free of charge, so I'm not really sure the 1 star review is justified when the postal companies mess things up. (Especially at Christmas). Some postage issues but generally very good! :)
I ordered a ring and necklace internationally and it did take a while to come so I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful! The resent the items and I got them in time for Christmas! The quality is amazing, as well as the care and packaging of the products. I did have to unfortunately exchange sizes for the ring so I’m actively waiting for that to arrive 😭 Asides from postage delays, I do really enjoy the company and products on the whole!
