I signed up for the 5-day fast along with coaching from Kristin with a decent amount of initial skepticism. I was proven wrong. Kristin changed my outlook on eating, and the fast (while difficult) totally changed my energy levels. I now get home from work still energized and have no mid-day energy lows. With such surprising success, I also had my parents do this and they have seen huge changes in blood pressure and bloodwork numbers. I can't recommend this enough.
