I have several pairs of orthofeet shoes. Every pair is comfortable. Sizing info is accurate. The quality for money spent is exceptional.

Consistent excellence
This is not my first Prolon fast, and won't be my last. I like the convenience of subscription service; delivery was timely. And the product is above excellent; I value the fact that I'm getting good nutrition while fasting; I always feel better afterwards. And the convenience of having prepared food is a major plus for me.

It was great. The structure, support and food were good. The only thing that would be better would be whole food version of same protocol.

Review of Noom
Noom works!
While I knew a lot of typical weight loss/healthy lifestyle stuff, I didn't really apply it very well for myself. Noom's approach makes the process way more fun, while still being evidence based, and has helped this 'old dog' learn a few new tricks.
