I ordered this on Saturday. Your email told me to download the app Shop to track the shipping. This morning on Thursday, so 4 business days later a label has been created but the package has not been dropped off. I’m having a hard time understanding why this takes so long to ship. The product is good, really good, but the communication needs improvement.

Since we process orders on business days, your order was placed on Saturday and handled on Monday. From there, regular shipping typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery.
When a shipping label is created, it means your order is in the final stages of fulfillment and is about to be transferred to the carrier. Occasionally, carriers may take 24–48 hours to scan and update the tracking information once the package is in their possession.
