Op de pendelbus. ´s Avonds was het donker om mijn wagen terug te vinden . Parking 3 is heel groot en kon de chauffeur niet precies zeggen op welke plaats mijn wagen stond. Midden, vooraan, achter? Rijnummer? 1 grote spot scheen in mijn ogen waardoor ik niets zag. Gelukkig kon ik het singaal van mijn wagen gebruiken en kon ik de chauffeur de weg wijzen

Ik ontving een paar oorbellen maar de afmeting
1,4 cm komen niet overeen. Amper 1 cm werd gemeten. Probeerde een bericht te sturen om kosten van retour, die steeds voor de koper zijn, af te wijzen.
Vind het jammer dat verzender niet weet wat er geleverd werd. Foto´s werden doorgestuurd. Vraag nogmaals een retourlabel door te sturen , kosten retour voor uw rekening.
Ontving buiten alle verwachting goed nieuws.
Het grotere formaat zal mij gratis toegestuurd worden.
Natuurlijk is dit een éénmalige tegemoetkoming.
Ik kijk nieuwsgierig uit naar mijn zending.
Als dit geen service is.

OCU takes monthly Eur 18 from my account without any agreement znd send me unwanted publicity.
It is nowhere mentioned I have to pay Eur 18 monthly. No respect og GDPR.

I don´t want to be member of privicompras club and didn´t see a cost of Eur 18 monthly would be debited from my account. As many people make this mistake your subscription is misleading , not clear and close to fraude . This is unacceptable for a consumer protection service

Dormideo no cuenta con personal capacitado para realizar las entregas a tiempo. Formideo deja a sus clientes al margen. No se entregó ningún colchón después de 3 meses.
Dormideo e un desastra.
entonces estarán de vacaciones por mucho tiempo. Mi pedido que hice el 28 de agosto aún no ha sido entregado el 13 de septiembre.
Siempre no ha sido entregada el 15 de septiembre
No ha sido entregada el 18 de septiembre.
El servicio al cliente no repuesto.

Waited 2 days 24 hours and no delivery. Cannot tell when delivery will take place. The time of delivery mentioned is not correct no feedback on delivery time nor dat cerzinly not what is mentioned on the website

Herwith mail you send after 2 days non delivery;
Es el ultimo día che sono en Estepona y el tercera día que aspeto la entraga. No vuelvo aspetare a casa 24 horas como les 2 días pasado. Entragas este manaña si ou no. 

Si no puedes un refundo e necessario.

Primero que nada, disculpe las molestias por la demora de tiempo, su pedido está en destino pero por una incidencia de Correos Express no ha sido entregado. 

Solicito la devolución a fábrica y en cuanto llegue procederemos al reembolso.

It seems to be much easier to cancel an order than to deliver an order. Why was the order staying so much time at Correos warehouse. Understood the pzakage was too big for the chosen transport. So an error made.

If the package can be returned so quick to your premises it could alsd be send as quick to the client. Second error made.

I send you the last days almost every hour a request for delivery. Why was my order the canceled and why didn't you answer my mails then. Thirth error made.

If the same mistaks are made for a second delivery and I have to ask someone for reception of my package at my place I pay € 20 per hour being 72x 20=  € 1440 who would pay for that?  


I found more effort towards your client could have been made for a delivery in due notice. And correos is nuts. They should have found a solution. Only robots are not able to

I am aware of this. This is even not an international transport so no custoum formalities required which makes things so much easier.

My days at Estepona ; wait at home for delivery durin 3 days,even my fridge is empty as Online cannot tell when day can come. This is a rediculous situation.Even worse afyer 3 days no delivery.
It is imposdible to work with Dormiteo. Deliveryterms are not maintained. Have to catch an airplane.

No delivery after payment. Not possible to give estimation o delivery time .waited 2 days 24 hours without any new , no delivery took place

Delivered in short notice on the right place. Easy to make clear were you want it in case your absent.

I was glad to see Holiday taxis waiting at the airport. But had to wait too long on other passengers arriving on another flight probably with a delay or maybe having a lunch at the airport . Finally we left without them.
The return was just perfect.
