Great service. We had arrived late and were late to a second airport and there was crazy traffic with 2 crashes on the way. The driver did his best to take an alternative route and get us there as quickly as possible

I can't recommend these guys enough. The confirmation email said my driver was Ilias but was different car than on email (we had booked a 7 seater) not sure if him but whoever picked up a group of 7 from charleroi to zeventem at 4pm today - A1 service! Thank you

I searched Trustpilot before booking and was slightly hesitant because of the reviews but after searching google reviews I was a little more confident. I'm sure glad we used Prestige!!! Our flight was late and it was no issue for the driver. He was patient, helpful and very courteous. A+ service and I will definitely book with them again for an airport pickup.

Booking accepted and confirmed immediately. Driver greeted us at the Brussels airport, carried our luggage to the car, drove us to our destination and unloaded our luggage, all very politely and with a smile.
All in all a very positive experience. Warmly recommended.

Absolutely disgraceful service from a taxi driver.
Honestly i had a very bad experience with an unpleasant male driver called "Ilias".
I booked a Sedan Taxi on 26/6/2021 at 9 AM from Anderlecht to Brussels Airport. He was on time. We had two large and two cabin size luggage. The latter was not fitting in the trunk. So the driver started unpleasantly blaming me for ordering a Sedan because luggage was not fitting in the trunk. To note that was not the first time we order this taxi company and i called many times beforehand to make sure that a Sedan car can fit this type of luggage and he confirmed to us personnally that this type of car is enough. Eventhough i explained to him that we called many times beforehand to check if the car trunk fits the luggage he kept his absolutely impolite and disgusting behaviour.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVER.
I Do not recommend you to use "Shuttle Service - Taxi Brussels Airport" or "Prestige Driver". Had the Worst taxi service experience before my flight due to an impolite driver. To be fair, if you want to use it at least ask them not to send you this driver called "Ilias"

I’m afraid I have to say I was Absolutely appalled by the service we received By prestige drive.
The cars were booked for a wedding it was supposed to proceed at 1 pm.So the cars were meant to pick the bride and her party up at 12:30. They actually turned up to pick the bride up well pass that time, When she should actually have been arriving at the church as I’ve said for 1 pm. After a travesty of a journey to the church we actually arrived Approximately 45 minutes late . Which could’ve led to the actual wedding being cancelled if they have been another wedding booked in later that day.They were like a Mickey Mouse firm. Not knowing where the pick up The bride from. Getting lost ringing the groom at the church for directions!!! On arrival not much of an apology was offered. By this time it was evident they had not even Taking the time to research the area. This was a young bride’s wedding day and it was an absolute joke. They were going the wrong way, turning up dead ends, reversing into dangerous situations onto a main road. Then going up backstreets and proceeding to reverse turnaround drive down the roads reverse turn around it was Ridiculous.The cars were beautiful but the service was Literally a shambles. There was not an ounce of professionalism shown by the chauffeurs. And for that reason I would not recommend this firm.

The car was on time, the driver did his job and I arrived to the airport on time. But for a business trip the most important detail is that I can claim back the expenses. This company has failed to provide me with an invoice even after repeated requests.
