It's now the second time we reserve à drive with Prestige Driver. This time from the airport to our home in Brussels. I can only say that I'm very, very, very pleased with the service offered ! The reservation is simple, the drive is confirmed only a few minutes later. The communication via mail and text message is absolutely perfect. The communication with the driver couldn't be better and for the second time, the driver was very friendly and helpful. I cannot imagine any point of improvement !

We have been using the services of…
We have been using the services of Prestige Driver to order a van to the Zaventem airport as we are a family of four. It is easy to book and pay for the service. The drivers are very professional and the vans are comfortable. Yet on a couple of occasions the vans arrived late, including the last time when we had to wait 20 extra minutes. What made this waiting time not very pleasant is that the driver warned us about being late only 5-6 minutes before the scheduled time. We arrived on time to the airport, but we would expect earlier warning in case a van is delayed for whatever reason...In view of this last experience, we have decided not to pay the full amount of the one-way trip during the booking stage, but to pay only a deposit in order to have some flexibility in case we learn that a van would arrive later than scheduled.
