Al meer dan 15 jaar ontwerpt Petite Amélie met liefde meubels en accessoires voor baby- en kinderkamers. Wat ooit begon als een klein atelier in Frankrijk, is uitgegroeid tot een merk dat in heel Europa bekendstaat om tijdloos design, kwaliteit en aandacht voor detail. De afgelopen zomermaanden waren voor ons een bijzondere periode vol veranderingen. We zijn verhuisd naar een nieuw magazijn om beter voorbereid te zijn op de groei van Petite Amélie. Tegelijkertijd waren de verkopen hoger dan verwacht, waardoor sommige artikelen tijdelijk uitverkocht raakten. Deze combinatie zorgde helaas voor extra druk op onze klantenservice en leveringen, en dat hebben sommige klanten gemerkt. We begrijpen dat dit frustrerend is geweest en willen iedereen bedanken voor het geduld en begrip in die periode. Inmiddels is de verhuizing afgerond, de voorraad weer op peil en ons serviceteam uitgebreid, zodat we je weer snel en met volle aandacht kunnen helpen. Terrible company with even worse customer service.
They have excellent social media but their products are cheap and faulty and you simply cannot contact them to get any reply.
We bought a really expensive wardrobe where the door doesn’t close!
They really couldn’t care less and now we need to take it to the authorities and potential legal action to resolve.
Avoid at all costs.
To everyone that would like to purchase anything from here, DO NOT DO IT AS YET,
I urge everyone to wait for this compnay to first fix the current people's problems. I wish i checked trust pilot before i ordered anything.
They do not deliver in 1-2 business days.
The tracking and trace info keeps changing.
They do not answer phones or emails.
They do not deliver the complete items.
The items come with defects.
The track and trace said the items were at the post office and after going there, they themselves do not see anything. The same day, the information changes and it said once more, the delivery is being calculated.
I am still waiting for my items to be delivered or any information about them after a week.
I do not care what the issue is, but i will make sure to get my full refund as this type of business behaviour is morally unethical. If you take money from your customers, you should be able to deliver what was paid for or else find a way to solve it. Even if it means delivering it yourself. As a mother, I hope you treat the rest of us with respect as we did in you to beleive in supporting your business so please fix these issues because this is not nice. My order number is 7615081.
With this being said, i will not post another negative comment or update, i will simple go to the bank to request my refund and i will report the company to ACM ConsuWijzer (Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets) as this seems to be the only way to stop the mistreatment of consumers.

One is the least I could select - There is no way to reach them - Phones direct to automated message and disconnection and No response to emails. Zero After sales support - Got a poor quality product - Scratches, Poor quality screws/connecters whic breaks, wooden plank has cracks. No clue of what to do next as there is absolutely zero response. Highly not recommended.
Update: 8 October 2025 The photographs were attached in the initial email sent. But as you ask again I have sent them last evening one more time. Hope you will be able to see it now, although they are same photos and same email. :) not sure why you ask twice!

Worst experience ever. They did not send us all the screws, we've been chasing customer support for 1 month and still NO SOLUTION. NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE.

I bought this product for my 20-month-old baby. A week after installing it, the 80-cm slat that I leaned on broke in half. We somehow fixed it.Because even if the product had a one-year warranty, it would most likely have to be disassembled and returned again. But my child does not have another bed. That's why we repaired it ourselves. I must also say that it is a huge minus that such an expensive product requires extra charges for poor quality wood and parts.Good luck to everyone who uses it. I won't say anything about the paint quality, color or shape, everything is very nice.

Stay away from their products.
They're extremely expensive, poor quality, they come with useless instructions to assemble and the design is completely senseless.

Because they are not responsive to my order (3 weeks), I went to check the reviews of this store and decided not to buy from them. Obviously something is suspicious here.

I have bought Doll House «LA MAISON D'AMÉLIE» for my 4 years old daughter. Delivery took 2 days. The house arrived in flat package similar to any modern furniture. The package was good no damages. The house requires assembly and due to the small size of the pieces some care is required. Overall assembly is easy and took me 1 hour approx. My daugther loves the house and I really liked its colors. Despite other acid colored doll houses this one does not irritate the eyes and put accent on the dolls. You can safely put it in any room in your appartment, it will blend perfectly.
