Long delivery (two weeks) but even longer returns (three weeks). I have ordered the leggings according the “maattabel” that was offered on the website which was obviously wrong as the item has arrived too big for me. I wanted to reorder for the one which is in a better size but the return was so long that when I actually got my money back (thee weeks after sending them leggings back), everything was already sold out!!! Don’t recommend at all. 2 weeks delivery, three weeks return, and then again 2 weeks delivery if you are reordering it in a better size. That would be 2 months of waiting!!! No! The last time I am ordering something online from H&M. Avoid!

Editing: half order has arrived. Without any notification or track and trace code. The product looked very cheep and poor quality, the label was saying “made in China”, obviously. I payed not even double or triple price for that product, but like x10 times more than what it’s worth for. And still don’t know the destiny about the other product which I haven’t received yet, and the question if I receive it all…. Have to throw this one away as it’s very cheep plastic, and need to buy a good one from Prenatal or so. Just 35 euros weg. Don’t order, these are Chinese sellers, all the reviews on the website are fake. They resell aliexpress products for multiple price!

Update: I have received the last item of the order with PostNL. There was no track and trace code. It just arrived one day to me. However the products are very cheap and from China, not worth that much money. I would still not recommend. I would want to return the products but since there is no customer support I have to keep them and maybe will try to resell it online

Very easy way to sell your clothes/shoes/bags, easy way to receive your money via bank. However be ready that your items can be stolen and the store is not responsible for your loss as you get no compensation for that. Because of the last reason, I wouldn’t bring the expensive items there anymore and rather sell them online myself.

Exactly one month ago I have made an order from the website. The order is DGLNL0018001121. It was a perfume that cost 140 euros. They sent it with the PostNL who never delivered me my perfume. Every day there was a delay for the whole two weeks. The perfume was supposed to be the gift and I couldn’t wait longer than two weeks (on the website it says all orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days which is a lie) and at the time I have been waiting for already 2 weeks. So I have requested to give me the refund as the package was not delivered in time. Two weeks later and I still don’t have my money back. I contacted Douglas multiple times and they don’t want to make the refund, only saying that I should wait. Today is exactly one month since I made that order. No perfume and no money. I totally don’t recommend to order from them again. A terrible experience, and that’s despite of me being their loyal customer for years((
UPDATE: Douglas has finally contacted me and already initiated a refund. Thank you! Will keep buying from them)) only wished that customer support would react faster. But in general my experience for over the years was great!

2 weeks waiting for my three packages. It’s nonsense to wait for so long!!!!! I called like hundreds times to the customs service and they literally don’t do anything. Tonight I have a flight and that was the last day for me to receive the packages. The worst experience!!!! I don’t need these packages anymore which were supposed to be the gifts for my family and now I have to think of something else and find something instead in Duty free. Hopefully I get my money back fast. Please, avoid PostNL if you don’t want to get upset every time when you check the trace code and see that again they change the delivery date. Like 10 times again!!!!

A very bad customs service. First you need to wait 20 min on the phone to be able to speak to someone who won’t even help you. The customs service doesn’t know where is your package. They see the same information as you see via Track and trace code. I am waiting for 10 days my three packages which still have not been delivered. They don’t have any information or wish in finding them. They just tell you the same thing all over again. “Sorry for your frustration. There is nothing we can do. Contact the sender and ask them to open the investigation “. 400 euros are gone thanks to PostNL. The sender doesn’t want to reply and it feels like I get my money back not any time soon. Avoid PostNL. Send better with DHL.

I am a loyal customer of lookfantastic and every month purchase something from them. However two weeks ago I had an unpleasant experience. My package didn’t reach me and it was stolen either by the postman himself or by one of my neighbours. I have contacted the customer support via an email but two weeks later they still didn’t send me a new box. They keep totally ignoring my complains and the post service saying that lookfantastic didn’t try to reach them. I have wasted so much time of sending them every day emails but they keep just ignoring. 6 whole years I was the loyal customer and now I am concerned if I wanna purchase from lookfantastic again. Very upset. I don’t need their apologies, I only want my money back or for them to send me the new box.
Update: Lookfantastic has contacted me and issued me a refund. It’s a pity that I still haven’t received the box however I am glad that it’s solved.
