Terrible company with even worse…

Terrible company with even worse customer service.
They have excellent social media but their products are cheap and faulty and you simply cannot contact them to get any reply.
We bought a really expensive wardrobe where the door doesn’t close!
They really couldn’t care less and now we need to take it to the authorities and potential legal action to resolve.
Avoid at all costs.

Very bad quality and poor customer service

Ordered a clock and it arrived in a bashed up box with ripped packaging.
Looked like a second hand item.
It was a gift for my grandma.
After >a week I got a response from customer service offering €10 to spend on their website (asif I would ever order from here again), or to return the item of which I would need to register and sort all out myself.
Awful service awful quality products leaving me out of pocket.
I would avoid if possible very disappointed.

I give this company 1 star for the…

I give this company 1 star for the quality and customer service of their products.
I ordered an expensive gold bracelet for €200 which is not cheap but is gold so perhaps justifiable.
The lab grown diamond was very tiny, you almost could not see it.
After a few months of wearing the bracelet broke (one of the tiny loops) simply disconnected one day and fell off my wrist, luckily it dropped to the floor so I heard it.
They offered to fix it for a fee of €50 after already paying a significant amount for the item itself!
Overall bad quality product and even worse customer service.
I will be purchasing from PD Paola in the future.

Absolutely terrible company. They send faulty products with holes in and then it’s impossible to get a response to return these items!
I will be reporting them trading standards agency! Absolute fraudsters!
Do not order anything from them.

Awful company terrible customer service

Given we are in times of such uncertainty with many people not knowing whether or not they can even see their families at Christmas time after a whole year of being apart, it would have been nice to deal with some sort of flexibility.
This company has extremely poor customer service and rigid booking conditions that serve to make as much money as possible by ripping off their loyal customers.
You loose all booking deposit which could be hundreds of pounds with the only other option to pay the full balance and risk losing everything. There are no credit voucher options and there is absolutely no reply on the designated email address.
Please do not use this company.
