The quality is very good. Despite the long delivery I was still very satisfied with the products!

It is the first time I ordered something from Verbaudet, and they advertise that the first order had a discount, but I didn´t notice none.

I love Vertbaudet clothes and as long as I can I will keep buying them for my children.

Customer Service can always be better, faster and more reliable. A small issue takes normally too much time to be solved and that´s just a pity!

Bad experience!
They rob my money! I paid them in December 2022 and I didn’t recieve the item. Even they didn’t give me the money back and now is September 2023.

Love the mauve coloured items they sell in pure cotton with the french twist in childerens clothing and items to brighten up the childerens rooms! Chapeau!

Payment with ideal done, their system had an issue and the order did not get registered. Called and proof of payment sent to them for reimbursement and after a month still no money in bank account. They said they have transferred the money twice, the first time there was an error but not proof of payment has been sent from their end for both times. Hope you have a better experience.

I gambled to buy from this website after seeing the review since I like the bookshelf so much and it was on the discount 😂.

However, the product came nicely with free delivery. I was really happy with the product.

The structure about how to assembled the bookshelf was easy to understand than IKEA.

There is a scratch on the product but not that bothered me but that is why they got a 4 instead of 5.

We ordered furniture and accessories for my daughter’s room from Vertbaudet. Everything came on time and was very well packed.
The furniture was as described and the quality was very high. everything was easy to build and instructions were very clear. Not a single part was missing. I was very skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews but I still gave it a chance because I loved the selection. I’m glad I gave it a go. Vertbaudet exceeded our expectations. I recommend this company!

Hi have sent back a package 1 month ago. According to the package tracking, they received my pack already the day after. However, since then, they still did not confirm or say anything about the return and did not refound it. I wrote more than 10 days ago, no answer. Tried to call more times (spending quite a lot, since only a french number is available as support for the Netherlands), long waiting and then the call was cut before I could talk to someone.
