Charged for a returned box that I don't seem to have ordered
Got a box I was pretty sure I never ordered (and can't find proof I ordered), no information it was coming and when I returned it (I have proof it arrived at their return center) was still charged over £500 5 days after it was returned for something I didn't order. So far no response to either phone number in the UK or Germany and no response to my emails. Talked to my bank this morning about a dispute just in case, but what a shambles

Do not use!
Do not use - shocking custoemr service.
They clearly bought a previous companies list and started to send clothes.. sent one box and made it impossible to try to cancel (their app and website are shocking in terms of usability). Returned first box with no issues.
Returned second box again - they then said one item not in it and charged me for it. Nearly four weeks later while they claim to have sent me a refund.. they havent and do not answer any emails.

I received £450 of clothes I did not order and do not want after my personal information was obtained without my consent. The customer services team have not responded to multiple emails and other attempts to reach them
