It's good choice of clothes I got. I like that the clothes can be used on the work and even on the party. The material is good.

Further new update.......And their reply is in German......still not got refund.,.........New update, seems they refunded wrong amount but they will now fix this. I'm still feeling jaded and unsure due to 3 days of emails, letter writing to fix something that was not my fault.
Pse see my review 4 days ago. I did everything Lookieros asked for Inc Declaration, heard nothing since. I reviewed a refund of £22 with no explanation. I should be refunded £90. I have since sent further emails to customer support but am getting no replies. This is infuriating and distressing.

Just what I needed

They will charge you for items you…

They will charge you for items you didn’t keep.

Lookiero is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They charged me for products I returned, and despite providing proof multiple times, they refuse to take responsibility. It is definitely a scam, and judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one.

Their customer service is slow, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. They keep pushing the issue back and wanting money for returned items.

Avoid Lookiero at all costs. Save yourself the stress and money.

I am very happy with the selection and…

I am very happy with the selection and the fit and everything so far has been comfortable and good quality. Value for money. There have been the odd items that didn't fit or look the way I expected them to look on, but far less than when I go into a store shopping... I usually maybe find one thing out of 30 I ty on... or get so frustrated I settle for what was almost OK.. and end up never wearing it.

Good items combined for a great look…

Good items combined for a great look and new colour combination. Feels very good and I like the easy way for new clothes to be shipped to me. Doing nothing and still getting options for a new outfit even when l am on the go with combining two working places. Easy to send back what doesn’t fit or catch my taste. Very pleased with my first Lookiero box.

Avoid

Bought a £50 pair of jeans from my second box and wore them twice before the zipper started falling down. Complained and requested a refund or replacement and they point blank refused and instead offered me £20 off a future purchase. Absolute piss take. AVOID.

For those in need of fashion updates

Great look. I am quite a picky customer and Its hard to find outfits that feels and look good at the same time. Don’t know anything about fashion and thats why Lookiero is perfect for my needs. Charged for an item I didn’t keep

I signed up for Lookiero after having been a stitch fix customer for a long time.

I returned my third box after keeping one item only to receive an email saying I had kept two items and would be charged and they have charged my bank account straight away.

There is no phone number to contact them and after having no issues with stitch fix I will be cancelling my account after this experience.

For anyone else please take photos of you returning all items in case you find yourself in this situation.

Easy, lovely. Simply great.

I feel so well dressed and elegant with my clothes picked by Lookiero. It’s really a great idea, the whole thing. And it works smooth with UPS delivery, both getting it and returning what you don’t wish to keep. Paying is also easy and the prices are fair.
I love to get my parcel and try them on. The pieces usually fit me perfectly.
Highly highly recommend.
