I like watching Netflix on the treadmill but unfortunately Amazon Prime is EXTREMELY glitchy. Please add in all other streaming apps like MAX, Paramount, and Spectrum TV. In the non-beta version... See more

I just bought my treadmill. I used it one time and now it will not store in the upright position.
Mechanically my 10 year old treadmill is working as well as the day I bought it. However, the software has problems and needs an update.
When I contacted the company their response was they don't do software updates on machines that old weather they work or not. So...... I should throw my working treadmill in the garbage and buy a new one from them.
Forget it I'll go somewhere that they actually support their customers.
My response to their response.
I think you've misunderstood what I'm trying to get other customers to understand. Mechanically there is nothing wrong with my treadmill. However... The treadmill has told us that it will not continue to work until it receives a software update. The old software can't be used to make it work and there's no new software to make it work. Hence my title “planned obsolescence”. NordicTrack won't let me use old software and won't give me new software so therefore my treadmill that has nothing wrong with it mechanically is just a paperweight.

Our treadmill started rusting in the warranty period, Nordic Track Spain says it is because of bad maintenance or humid room. The machine is inside my house, in my gym, with ventilation and Airco. I clean the machine following the instructions in the manual. I think a machine of more then €2250 should not rust after 12 months; bad material, don’t buy this treadmill
The ND 2450
Update! To fill in the consumer complain form I have to come in person, the OCU form in Spain I have to come to Madrid in person, 3 hours driving from where I live .
And they start to threaten me with this text;
Please be aware that we may also take action based on the impact of posts issued with the aim of generating negative opinions and/or defaming the brand when they do not correspond to reality.
My response on their reaction below is that the machine is inside my house in a fully air conditioned room. Also strange that my bike from Nordic track is not rusting. Just the treadmill started rusting in one year !!!!
I clean the machine by their manual instructions
The other suggestion of Nordic Track that it maybe caused by sweat?? Come on, not allowed to sweat on a sport equipment???
Really disappointing that they don’t take the effort to replace the small panel of the ventilation

I spent $2300 for my norditrac treadmill and the console won’t work after 2.5 years. It’s been used minimally and now they want to charge me $600 to replace it. Customer service was rude and tried to use entrapment and baiting to get me to say things that would make it seem like it was my fault the console was faulty. Very unpleasant and disappointing! The console runs the treadmill, so without it, it’s junk. You have no choice but to replace it. You should not have to replace the console after 2.5 years! I’m thoroughly disappointed in this whole process and do not recommend this brand! I will never purchase anything from them again.

This all happened shortly after I bought the Nordictrack tradmil in 2022. It has gotten worse ever since. I had owned a Nordic Track 12 to 14 years ago with a much smaller screen. I loved using it for 2 main reasons. The first was that I could sit at my desk with a cup of coffee and create maps (workouts) on my computer. I decided where I would like to walk and then made sure that the route had street view then created it. I sold that machine to the homeowners who bought my house. Three years ago, I purchased their most expensive machine, the X32i. Before I purchased the machine, I made sure that I could still make maps from my computer. They said yes. Shortly after I purchased the machine they took that feature off their website and I could no longer do this from my desk at my computer. If I knew that they were going to take it away, I would not have purchased this machine. This was bait and switch in a way. The second reason I loved the machine was that I could get to the internet and watch or look at anything I wanted. I realized just after receiving my machine that they had already taken that feature away. I am extremely unhappy because I also bought the extended warranty for 4 more years and 4 more years of Ifit. I wish I could get my money back. I know that you can still create maps on the machine, however that does not show you what street view is, and it is too small (even on an iPad) to use. I am 74 years old, and it is not easy to stand at the machine to create places to walk. They have since taken that feature away on the Iphone and Ipad also. Why? It doesn’t make sense.
I finally accepted the missing features because I had no choice. I was at least happy that they had the “browse” feature which allowed me to decide which of my created workouts I felt like doing at the start of my workout. They now have the “beta” version which gives people the option to watch Netflix & Prime however in doing that you eliminated the “browse” feature. Now there is no way for me to choose my created maps. I tried to search for a way and all I could find was completed workouts. I marked them as favorites because I see that favorites show up. After making them as favorites none of them showed in favorites. Why couldn’t they just leave that feature alone. Keep the “browse” feature.
Another flaw of the beta version is that you now must press 2 times to change the data you are looking at. Before beta you only needed to push once, and it changed. Now you push to show the options and then push again to choose one. Also, the average pace per mile is not actual time like before. It is not working.
Why do they take features away? I would be happy to speak with someone to further explain some of your drawbacks.
If they do nothing else, I absolutely do not want to have to schedule a workout in advance in order to use it. Please keep the “browse” feature so I could pick which workout I felt like doing at that moment of the workout. At 74 years old, and I do not know in advance how I will feel to decide which workout to do in advance.

This Company breaches GDPR by continuing to send emails to people who want to opt out.
Glad I chose to by from Techogym instead.

Ordered an X-24 on the 18th of September 2025, received "order shipped" the following day. Now-nothing. No transit updates and what updates are available look as if it hasn't even left the shipping location. Customer service is website where you can enter your order number and get nothing but "order shipped" as a status, AI chatbot, or waiting more than an hour for an in person chat or phone call to become available (I haven't had the time to wait that long-and it doesn't seem to matter what time of day you try, it's always busy to the point where trying is pointless unless you have several free hours carved out.) I ordered a large set of weights from a different company on the same day and have had those for more than a week already. **Edit to add-Nordictrack reached out after this review was posted asking for my confirmation number which I sent immediately, and I still have heard nothing from them 9 days later.
I purchased the Nordictrack T8.5. I have never had so many issues with the screen needing a reset. I have had it replaced and it still constantly fails. Very disappointed.

My rep, Miriam was outstanding throughout this process. I was a little nervous about the process but Miriam was helpful in walking me through everything. This included Miriam even sending me some potential vendors who could help me remove my old equipment.
Bought a NordicTrack 1750. iFit advertised free Garmin Forerunner fitness watch with purchase. Never got it. Called Customer Service. They assured me they would send it. They never did. Less than three months after purchase of machine, incline motor suddenly failed. 3 hours with tech support just to activate warranty service. They promised expedited warranty work. Part sent snail mail. Machine and fitness program DOWN FOR TWO WEEKS.
Nordictrack and iFit are liars and engage in terrible customer service with impunity and cocky, entitled attitudes. This IS NOT a company to trust with your fitness needs. BEWARE!!!!!
Update 10/08/2025: AIT Worldwide are subcontractors that perform repairs for failing products from NordicTrack and iFit. Technical support misdiagnosed the failing parts in their machine and sent wrong replacement parts. Other parts had to be sent. Apparently, to punish a customer for giving negative reviews on this website, iFit went out of its way to delay warranty repairs and drag out process as long as possible. But they can't bully me from providing full disclosure to others.
Heed this warning. You are FAR BETTER OFF paying more for exercise equipment and online fitness programs and going with other companies. AVOID THESE COMPANIES LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
Update October 24, 2025: Awaiting THIRD part from NordicTrack and machine is still down. All efforts made to get on regular workout schedule and adapt to body and life changes associated with regular exercise lifestyle have been wasted by a very unreliable NordicTrack 2450 treadmill and absolute trash customer service from NordicTrack and iFit.
They left a seemingly caring and touching response in this review yet NEVER contacted us. Clearly, the response is intended to make company APPEAR caring and responsible when they are anything but. The more negative feedback I disclose about them, the more they drag their feet, delay and withhold warranty service on a brand new treadmill. That will NEVER sway me. DEEPLY REGRET THIS INVESTMENT!!!
If you're looking at a NordicTrack 2450, do yourself a favor and consider the Aviron Victory treadmill instead.

Great Warranty Service
The frame on my five year old NordicTrack X32 treadmill developed a crack, so I contacted NordicTrack. I shared a photo of the crack, and they immediately initiated a replacement for my old treadmill for a new one at no cost, no questions asked, no excuses, no drama. The new treadmill was delivered within ten days, and I am very happy. It is rare to find a company these days that stands behind their product and does the right thing without putting the customer through a nightmare of paperwork to make things right. I put thousands of miles on my old treadmill and loved it. The new one seems just as solid and I couldn't be happier with how NordicTrack handled this.

I bought this S40 in Spain and at first we had many problems. The startup was extremely slow, we kept receiving software errors, and at one point the treadmill wouldn’t even start anymore despite trying resets. We felt lost and didn’t know who could repair or support us.
However, the company has now reached out to us directly, and we truly appreciate that they are doing everything possible to help solve these issues. Their proactive support makes a big difference, and therefore we are happy to update our review in a more positive way.

The staff made all the difference.
Particularly Miriam Alberto and Solena Harris.
Both were helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
My thanks to NordicTrack for standing behind their product.

I had purchased a cheaper model and it broke. They customer service cared and helped me get a new unit. I spent the extra and got the commercial series and LOVE IT. Such a great machine.
Miriam was a pleasure to work with and very quick in her answers to my questions.
The experience to help replace my rower went very well. I appreciate the response and kindness to get it replaced. Loved the customer service. Thank you.

Their s22i is basically built to fail after a few years and they won’t sell parts, only a full screen unit; which is basically the brains of the bike and useless without it. If you want to pay over $2000 for this machine and then pay another $1100 after a few years to keep it going, I guess that’s your call. Just don’t expect to pay the purchase price and not have to pay at least half the purchase price a few years later again and again.
To Norditrack's reply: 1) Ai confirmed that these things are built to fail, based on their build, software updates, and operating system - sounds like a business scheme to me. 2) Then why do you have absolutely terrible reviews across the board, all over the internet?

Unfortunately has my experience been nothing but negative. We had issues from day one (white glove was far from “experts” on putting a treadmill together). Both several software issues and hardware. They’re trying to fix the squeaky noise and keep replacing one part of the time so that they don’t need to replace or refund us for a faulty machine. We’re now past warranty and uses the extended warranty and they’re even less interested in making this right. Except for the extremely loud noise when using the treadmill I encountered 2 complete hard stops and got really scared since I could have gotten really injured. The support said it was probably just an update that got installed and restarted the tread. Recently opened yet another claim for them to try to fix this..

I owned the Commercial X22i Treadmill which broke and got the X16 as a replacement.
The unit is nice overall but noticed few issues:
- The plastic covers in the rear of the unit are bent outwards and the bottom covers don’t fit nicely with top covers.
- The key now has 2 pins instead of just magnet and it is extremely difficult to be inserted in its place. The opening seems to be too tight or have something blocking the holes.
- The commercial x22i had much more “Free” workouts which you could use without the iFit subscription which is a disappointment. I had a subscription for iFit for 4 years and I used it a lot but after few years, they can’t keep up with the content that I want, so I decided to cancel my subscription. I was happy with what was available for free on the commercial x22i but there’s a lot less free content on the X16.
- Not sure if this is by design but the speed buttons on the display never work on the first touch. I have to touch at least twice to accept my selection. Also, with the Commercial X22i I could press 2 buttons one after another to set speeds like 6.5 but this doesn’t seem to work on the X16. It will only take the last number that you touched.

*** Updated - 09.09.25 I love trustpilot! I love the fact that NordicTrack gets notified when someone posts a less than wonderful experience here! I do not like that I have to jump through all of these hoops in order to get someone sent to repair something. While I know that Nordic track would love for me to change my star rating, I am not going to do that. The issue happened (this is the second time I have had to come to Trustpilot in order to get NordicTrack to fix an issue. A wonderful, local technician did come to the house and repaired the elliptical yesterday afternoon. I am satisfied with the repair. I just should not have been this difficult to get NordicTrack to do what I had already paid for!
08.15.25 I purchased an elliptical airglide 14I in October 2023 with an extended protection plan. Early August 2025, an annoying squeak started. I greased all the joints but the noise continued. I realized that it was coming from inside the wheel. I read the manual, took the wheel apart and greased the recommended joints inside the wheel. It helped slightly but still annoying. I tried reaching out to customer service, during posted hours, via chat - no one was available, via telephone - no one was available. On Monday the 18th I reached out again via chat - no one was available, phone - no one was available, text - auto reply. I was able to explain via text the issue and was told I was being transferred (via text) to the parts and service team. 3 hours later Aegir is messaging with me but I am no longer at home. I explained the issue again. Sent him my name, phone number (which he was texting me on), and email address and the copy of my invoice. He requested a short video of the issue to be emailed to him (3:38 pm). He would place the conversation on 'hold' until I could send the video. I told him I would be home within the hour and would send the video at that time. A 9 second video was too large to send via email (even if I tried to zip it). I sent it via the text and I emailed him to let him know that the video was too large and please let me know how to proceed. No reply...crickets. Saturday morning 7:49 am, I sent another text. Customer service is not available even though all postings state it is available. Monday August 25th, I sent a text again because there was no chat and no one available via phone. Again, I get the auto reply and answer all the questions. They have no record of my previous texts! Started all over. This time I am texting with Jeremy and again they need the model... and a video emailed. I asked how to send a 9 second video when I am being told it is too large to send. Nothing! No reply! At 8:40 this morning I tried again, now they are asking for a case number. I was not given a case number so that is what I replied. And then nothing... no reply...This is a horrible, horrible way to do business!!!
