Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! There is no continuity between departments. Everyone says that isn’t their department and forwards you to new numbers with long wait times. They tell you to find YouTube videos to troubleshoot instead of helping. Very disappointed in the studio s22i cycle I purchased. The ifit classes are boring compared to the peloton app classes. I’m thinking about returning my bike and buying a peloton or a cheaper spin bike to use with peloton app.
