Defective Nike Sunglasses
Bought Nike sunglasses at duty free stanstead airport. Frame snapped. Spoke to customer complains at Nike, who for some reason call their employees athletes. Spoke to someone whose English was hard to understand. He had no idea what Duty Free was and admitted he had never been in an airport. He then tried to tell me the Sunglasses, were probably fake. After talking to my bank and researching other ways of getting my problem sorted. I returned to Nike complains and spoke to a gentleman, who was in Egypt. He went around in circles and finally suggested, to take them back to the shop I bought them from, due to the fact, it’s not a Nike shop. Buyer beware!!! Large companies like Nike, don’t care. I cannot go back to the shop, as it’s in the secure side of Stansted Airport.
Order not delivered in full
I have been a loyal nike customer for years but no more. A recent order was delivered in a right state. It had clearly been opened and resealed. It was one item short. I reported this to Nike and sent photos of the package and they emailed the following day to say all items were sent and the case was closed. I have phoned customer service and they are reluctantly re-opening the case but insist it was delivered in full. I am still waiting for a refund or the item.
Do not trust
My name is gianni almo
And I bought online 2 pairs of trainers worth nearly £600 and DPD accepted liability on an email stating the parcel was wrongly delivered & given 16 points to the driver for leaving my parcel unattended on my door step on a main road when it should have been signed for as the item was expensive.
I escalated the issue with NIKE and they denied a refund even though DPD have accepted liability.
So Advise to all buyers don’t buy online as Nike even with proof they will
Not refund nothing.
They have been rude and with all evidence they still won’t communicate with me and keep saying I won’t get a refund.
Your better off buying Nike trainers from other websites as you be covered incase items aren’t delivered.
Horrible experience
Went to nike Junction 32 with my disabled son was around 6pm so shop was quite. He found a pair of trainers he loved ( which is a miracle itself). Went and sat down i noticed the security guard come over stood right behind us watching my son trying his shoes on made us feel like criminals. My partner asked the guard if he was ok he said yes are you
He asked him if there was a problem by which time my son was getting upset doesn't like people in his space and would he mind moving away. The guard said its my shop I will stand where I like. It was awful totally embarrassed. He even followed us to the tills I spoke to the manageress who said oh we will have a word with him. That's all that happened. So I tried going on line they were utterly useless I was told online could not help with a complaint it would have to be through managers i asked for there email details was told didn't have them then cut me off. Shocking customer service.wont be going back for sure.
What a waste of time
Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. Ordered some Vaporfly 3 running shoes with a decent discount, as they’re being discontinued. Never worn them before and the site advises sizing up by half a size. No problem.
Until they arrive and they’re too big (by about half a size) - sigh. So I go to exchange them. But I can’t sign in to talk to their customer services as their site has split my order between my order email address and my PayPal email address. Finally get that sorted and download the “printerless” return code. I get to the Post Office, who aren’t able to check my order in, as it isn’t a printerless code at all. Off I go again and struggle to sign in once more. This time the agent does give me a printerless code (yay).
By this point the shoes were out of stock in my size, so I just got a refund. I then ordered the shoes in the right size from a third-party seller, who were no trouble at all, and also recommended that I bought the same size I normally wear. Tested it today and it fits perfectly. Thanks for nothing Nike; what a joke.
Ordered a golf bag
Ordered a golf bag, never turned up...kept saying in the tracking it was waiting courier pickup. One month later and still no delivery.
Raised a query to find item is now out if stock and won't be delivered. Why did the system not pickup the item hadn't been delivered in over a month and cancel it if there was no stock.
Spoke with someone via the chat and they were rude and dismissive...won't be using Nike again!!
Update: now emailed me a return label for an item I never received... beyond a joke
Don’t expect to get help if anything is wrong!!!
I always buy Nike - always loved their clothes/shoes etc and have always bought it for my family too.
Every year the app gives me the birthday discount - as it did this year. However, when I went to use it the message wouldn’t load and the code wouldn’t work.
My main complaint is their chat bot help thing!!!! I was on there for 30 mins. They read the messages and don’tbother to reply. Then it cuts off after their ‘inactivity’ and gives you to another advisor who does EXACTLY the same thing. So you spend the whole time there talking to yourself. It’s incredibly frustrating and you’d think with the ridiculous money they make they could at LEAST have a decent help section!! It’s the worst I’ve ever experienced. Will no longer shop on the app because should anything go wrong, there’s NO help!!!
Ordered a top fell apart in the wash
Ordered a top, that was £72. Washed it twice and on the second wash it totally disintegrated.
Let them know about this and was just given a message saying, not our problem effectively.
Quality of everything has gone way down hill, shop new balance, way better.
Disgusting, returned my item 5 weeks no refund yet
Disgusting. Return sent over 5 weeks ago. Still no refund. Chased them more than 10 times now , they told me to wait 5 - 8 working days no message from them what so ever. Nothing for weeks. Chased again, again told 5 - 8 working days . .
Appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. They have a 2 year guarantee on footwear. After 4 months, the soles of my trainers had split. It has taken 6 months for them to send a returns label. After reading the reviews I'm sceptical to return them as I don't think they will refund me. Even though the trainers at split, they are still wearable. So I'd rather keep them than be out of pocket £120.00 and not have any trainers. Will never purchase Nike products again for me and my family. Absolutely shocking customer service.
Crap
Crap, bought a pair of Nike Air zoom victory tour 3 nrg golf shoes, 2 year waterproof guarantee.
Wore them for the first time on a dry day with dew on the ground and my feet were wet after a few holes.
Nike customer services not interested in the issue.
AVOID at all costs, 225 pound golf shoes which you can only wear when the ground is bone dry.
Goretex trainers, not waterproof at all.
Goretex trainers. Bought Xmas 2022. Not at all goretex. Not waterproof and now Nike want original receipt from 6 months ago. Sent them screenshot from Next showing them. But that’s not good enough!
Also £224 Nike scorpion SE trainers turned up and the sole has come away from trainer on first time I’ve worn them. Have 80 pairs of trainers. Won’t be buying any more from Nike at all now.
The fact that Nike don’t respond says it all really. Expensive but made poorly. Adidas now my favourite brand.
Disgusting
Disgusting. Return sent over a month ago. Still no refund. Chased once, told 5 - 9 working days because of internal error. Nothing for weeks. Chased again, again told 5 - 9 working days because of internal error. Still haven't heard. Asked for complaints procedure. Told complaints only handled internally so I won't hear anything. Website points to EU dispute resolution service. That doesn't cover complaints originating in the UK. It's like dealing with a bunch of cowboys.
EXTRA NOTE: they've refunded me! Around 4 phone calls, 20 e-mails and a court case later. Took a year.
Money taken, goods not arrived
Placed order on 4th May for delivery on 8th May. It’s now the 16th, no items arrived. I’m being told I can’t cancel my order and I just have to wait and see if my items arrive! Unreal.
Nike Factory Store - East Kilbride
Was in today to swap trainers over and I have to say Lucia was amazing! Didn't mind helping me apply my student discount, sorted out the price for my trainers which were incorrect, and all with a smile!
Even when I was holding up the line, she said it wasn't a bother, and just continued to help, and got others to assist.
The other members of staff didn't have the same approach and offered a more 'not my problem' attitude.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE FROM NIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Ordered trainers 21st Nov with delivery…
Ordered trainers 21st Nov with delivery scheduled before 24th Nov. Never realised NIKE use the garbage EVRI delivery company who no-one can contact or get an update from? Contacted Nike customer service by phone on 24th Nov - told they would get in touch with couriers and give me an update by email or phone after 24 hours. Of course, heard nothing. Contacted them again 27th Nov and again promised to chase parcel up and get back to me within 24 hours. Nothing. Parcel has been stuck in Evri's system with no update for 1 week now. Nike you rely on your name for people to buy your products - We do Yes and have to suffer bad service from your company and the awful courier company - EVRI. I am done.
Ordered pair of trainers for £152
Ordered pair of trainers for £152, they arrived with a damaged instep- the leather was worn. Returned by having to travel to the post office. The exchange pair arrived and were damaged in exactly the same place. So angry- also had to waste time and effort returning via the post office. Overpriced and low quality that’s all I have to say. Nike were good in the 90’s. Now today they are junk living off the name.
To be honest I always had a weakness…
To be honest I always had a weakness for this brand, it’s one of my favourites sports brands, they keept my attention for they unique style
