Absolutely appalling company.
Advertised as next delivery and ordered before 8pm cut-off.
Item ordered 24th and still nothing has arrived a week later.
I have sent numerous emails and contacted them via social media and I have received no response other than an automated email.
They have replied on this review to say to contact them. I have, 4 times and not had a reply. Have now raised a complaint through PayPal.

Booked travel insurance. I was shocked how cheap it was even though my daughter had surgery the day before. I spoke to Catherine Webb who was very polite and informative.
Documents were sent over in seconds.

Absolutely appalling customer service. They have a 2 year guarantee on footwear. After 4 months, the soles of my trainers had split. It has taken 6 months for them to send a returns label. After reading the reviews I'm sceptical to return them as I don't think they will refund me. Even though the trainers at split, they are still wearable. So I'd rather keep them than be out of pocket £120.00 and not have any trainers. Will never purchase Nike products again for me and my family. Absolutely shocking customer service.
