Defective Nike Sunglasses

Bought Nike sunglasses at duty free stanstead airport. Frame snapped. Spoke to customer complains at Nike, who for some reason call their employees athletes. Spoke to someone whose English was hard to understand. He had no idea what Duty Free was and admitted he had never been in an airport. He then tried to tell me the Sunglasses, were probably fake. After talking to my bank and researching other ways of getting my problem sorted. I returned to Nike complains and spoke to a gentleman, who was in Egypt. He went around in circles and finally suggested, to take them back to the shop I bought them from, due to the fact, it’s not a Nike shop. Buyer beware!!! Large companies like Nike, don’t care. I cannot go back to the shop, as it’s in the secure side of Stansted Airport.

Review of Frugo

Package came today 11th December. I allowed Trustpilot to send review to Frugo and they got the package to me early. Well done Frugo 5 stars for all your efforts.

Given a date of 15th December for delivery of a toy for my Grandson. Today 5th December, got an email changing date to 29th December. Which is after Xmas Day.
They are a disingenuous company, who
Hide behind terms and conditions.
I have dealt with Chinese Company’s before and always, ran into problems. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

The course was not fit for purpose.

The course was not fit for purpose.

The Certificate looked nice but was not accepted, by most gyms.

Passwords for the first two months did not work and once this was finally sorted, I found the course Brilliant and wrote telling them so, to the point that I was prepared to participate in a video.

New Skills Academy knew what I needed the certification for and fell short of their Duty of Care.

I have several emails stating that several gyms would accept their certification and it would allow me to gain insurance cover.

I have now had to enrol in another course and am considering legal action.

It's a shame that a little bit of thought would have made their certification valid, which unfortunately it's not.

Great idea and well executed. Due diligence concerning certification is needed before using this company.

I just wanted to touch base on your review, Being our first ever 1 star review we are mortified that we’ve fallen short on your expectations regarding our course. As a small family business we strive to be honest, open and transparent with our messaging and course material.

It seems you’ve had issues with finding a role after completing our course , as stated several gyms have accepted our certification and if you look back over past reviews on Trustpilot you will see our students have left very positive reviews to reflect this.

As our course is purely online and offers no practical assessment some gyms won’t allow you to work without a REPs certified qualification which ours isn’t due to it being online, REPs courses usually start around the £400/500 and our course is only £25 on average.

Difficult time

Whilst I appreciate some companies agenda to collect information, which once transferred to a third party earn that Company and the recipient company money and genuinely help those who need legal representation.

I cannot understand why the phones are manned by what can only be described as uneducated individuals, with a penchant for disingenuous information.

Third time lucky, I got a solicitor to phone me, due to the efforts of Kieron.

Kieron was the only bright Gem, in an otherwise grey company.
