I’m a daily listener - just wish the price was better.

I’ve seen all the negative reviews here and just wanted to add my experience. I enjoy using audible - use it everyday - and find it quite good. I wish they had a greater range of books which you can listen to for free as part of your membership. The section you get included is also hard to find on the app, maybe that’s just me. However, I find it quite pricey.

Sometimes I cancel my membership for a period when I’m having a break from using the app - it’s too expensive not to.

Excellent range of scents

It’s great that they have replicas of some scents that are no longer made. I bought City Glam dupe which was very close to original. I also bought the Stella dupe but found this one was not as good. Prices are competitive.

Good range of items on their site

Good variety of food for pets, excellent and reliable delivery - items sent out very quickly which is handy when need food quickly.

Only thing is sometimes the items on this site are more pricey than elsewhere.

SCAMMERS AVOID

*** UPDATE *** if you have been scammed by this company please report it to action fraud, Trading standards and the citizens advice. Then report to Trustpilot that they are writing their own positive reviews - they should not be allowed to do this! They deliberately set out to scam the public, it IS their business model!



All the positive reviews here are very similar - I wonder why..

They’re SCAMMERS - sent me the wrong sofa and now don’t reply. Tried to get me to pay outside before they even delivered the sofa.

I have reported to trading standards based on the other reviews saying they send the wrong item intentionally. I will also be making a claim in court. They’re registered under PW furnitures Ltd

Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Good value home wares

Delivery used to take about a week for items ordered online, with no option to pay extra to get it sooner. Seems to have changed now which is good. Dont often order from Matalan online - prefer instore, but no problems.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

First Order today. Over an hour late and 70% of my items missing. Called customer services who ‘investigate’ before refunding.. taking up to 72 hours.. we’ll see how long it really takes. They have the cheek to tell you if you want the missing items resent, you have to pay again!!! I will never order from this rubbish company again. I’ll stick to Gopuff.. been ordering from them for the longest time and they have never once messed up an order!!

Finally given a refund - the first refund didn’t include all missing items so I had to contact them again.

I made a £25 order (not inc del) and they missed £20.65 worth of items - about 6 things. They sent 3.

The customer service staff are polite and friendly - but the warehouse staff are something else. Going by the other reviews on here, the warehouse is not fit for purpose and needs major overhaul.

In situations like this, we need to raise the issue with our depot to investigate and discuss with the driver to understand what happened. This process can take up to 72 hours as the depot would need to speak to the driver on shift.

Don’t expect to get help if anything is wrong!!!

I always buy Nike - always loved their clothes/shoes etc and have always bought it for my family too.

Every year the app gives me the birthday discount - as it did this year. However, when I went to use it the message wouldn’t load and the code wouldn’t work.

My main complaint is their chat bot help thing!!!! I was on there for 30 mins. They read the messages and don’tbother to reply. Then it cuts off after their ‘inactivity’ and gives you to another advisor who does EXACTLY the same thing. So you spend the whole time there talking to yourself. It’s incredibly frustrating and you’d think with the ridiculous money they make they could at LEAST have a decent help section!! It’s the worst I’ve ever experienced. Will no longer shop on the app because should anything go wrong, there’s NO help!!!
