DO NOT BUY! These people are scammers...
0 stars! I ordered from them in August and it's now October 24 and I have yet to receive my items or an update about them. They delete any comments from women asking about their orders and expressing their frustrations. They've even started turning off their comments. I have requested an order cancellation and refund and have been ignored. This has been such disappointment.
I do not care how small your business is, if you are unable to communicate with your customers and ACT like you care maybe you should not be in business. People are spending hundreds of dollars on your products; the LEAST you can do is communicate with them.
Disappointed
I ordered clothing from Namarie in June of 2025. Sizes run large so I had to exchange. All orders are made to order, even an exchange. It is now 5 moths later and still no clothing. Customer service was ok the first few months and now none. I have tried all of their support sites as well I am so disappointed, this clothing line is expensive I am out the money and feel I have no recourse. I would not recommend.

Ordered 7/22. Still haven’t heard anything as of 10/20. Will report to Better Business Bureau and will try to get my money back by reporting as fraud to my credit card company. Definitely a scam.

It took forever for them to ship my order. After multiple emails and a month later I finally received my trucking number. Items were poorly designed and looked very odd when I tried it on, especially the tops (unnecessary thick padding and weirdly shaped) you have to be completely flat and wide chested for it to look OK on you, legging were sliding down right away even though the size was correct. I returned the items and request a refund. They simply ignored me and didn’t follow their return policy.

Theift! Took FIVE months to get my order, had to pay for additional shipping because the company didn't cover it, and then they sent the wrong sizes and are now refusing to refund because the return window close... because they never respond until it's beyond the window with the return links!!! Worst experience ever!!! Products are poorly made as well! Save your time and money!!

I waited four months for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, I was disappointed. The leggings are not suitable for performance, they feel poorly made, the fit is awkward, and they don’t hold up in use.
I tried to return them, but despite meeting the return requirements, the company ignored my requests for weeks. When I reached out again to ask for certification proving the product is truly “plastic-free” (after seeing Reddit and Instagram posts raising this concern), they blocked me immediately.
This behavior shows they only care about their image, not customer concerns. I feel misled, out of pocket, and greenwashed. It’s baffling that a company can continue selling by making false environmental claims, and then silence anyone who asks questions and blocking real reviews. Zero stars

I placed a pre-order in May (with a June delivery estimate), but didn’t receive the leggings until the end of July. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly given new shipping dates, only for them to be missed without any proactive communication. I finally asked to cancel the order—only then did it ship, hours later.
According to their size chart, I’m a true medium (29" waist), but the leggings were too big, lacked structure, and looked frumpy. After one wash on a cold, delicate cycle, the seams looked worn and ragged. I think they must be skewing the reviews on their website.
Still, desperate to find a plastic-free legging and hoping that a smaller size would be better, I placed a new order in early July. Despite a follow-up, I have still received no shipping updates nor a response (over three weeks later). Shame on me for thinking it would be different. At this point, I’ll be initiating a chargeback.
I wanted to support them, but the poor quality, dismal customer service, and overall hassle just aren't worth it. I personally can’t recommend nor support a company with such unprofessional and opaque business practices. It's crazy to me that anyone thinks they can build and sustain a company this way...
Still haven’t received items I paid for weeks ago
Namarie accepted my payment on 08/08/25 and it is now 08/21/25 and still no response to multiple emails asking where my items are. On their own website they say US orders will arrive in 5-7 business days. I’m very disappointed in this company. It makes me wonder if they are being dishonest about the fibers they use for their clothing too. I went with this company because of all their claims of having natural fiber clothing.
Disappointed - Not Plastic-Free and No Service
Namarie is not plastic-free, microplastic-free, or petroleum-free as they claim, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced from an activewear brand.
Their site promised me “plastic-free, microplastic-free, and petroleum-free” fabric, but Sylvendel actually contains 9–22% bio-elastane, which is a polyurethane plastic. This means it sheds microfibers and relies on petroleum inputs, something I didn’t learn until after I received their leggings and bra. Only the hemp portion of the fabric is plastic-free, yet they market the whole fabric as if it were plastic-free, microplastic-free and petroleum free. I feel so mis-lead!
On top of this, I waited three months for my order, got no replies to emails, and when I asked politely for plastic-free and petroleum-free certifications for their bio-elastane claims, they blocked me from IG and deleted my review from their website which raises real concerns about transparency.

What was supposed to be the sustainable activewear leggings I’d been searching for turned into a nightmare from marketing claims to my customer service experience. I’m clearly not alone, as Trustpilot tells the real story of those of us who have been blocked and ignored.
Not only do I feel entirely misled about their fabric content I have never been more disappointed in a brands customer service.

The shipping did take a while, but the company was very transparent and was able to get in contact through their Instagram business page. When I did get my order I needed to exchange as I ordered too big of a size and they were very quick with sending out a replacement. Please dont be deterrent by some of the other negative reviews. I have had nothing but a good experience with this company so far. Their shorts are my favorite shorts now!

I, like many on here, have been scammed by this company. I ordered over a 6 weeks ago paid and never received my product. I started reaching out at 1 month. They never responded to 5 emails. they have no number listed online. I saw on my paypal statement "Stalk of Life LLC" as the company that received the charge. When I called the number listed for them, just rang and went to automatic unmarked voice mail that was full. I have been looking at and considering these leggings for a couple years but oddly their website is dated 2025 at the bottom. So clearly something changed - they may have a good product but none of us will ever know, I am glad I found others having the same experience - still awful but at least I know it's really a problem.

I ordered these in MAY and just received the rest of my order last week. I’m aware these were pre-order but 10 weeks is insane. I was in pretty much weekly contact with customer service beyond the 5 week mark, and it was excuse after excuse.
I understand things run behind, but what was frustrating is they kept giving exact dates of when there would be movement. Never do that! Unless you’re certain..give a rough estimate. Customers are paying attention and when it’s been a week or two past when something was supposed to ship, we are going to notice.
I told them repeatedly I would not be in the country since it was literal months beyond when I expected them to arrive, I had not planned to stay around all summer waiting for a package. They kept offering to HOLD MY ORDER 🤣 No thank you, I think you’ve had my money long enough fronting your business with our preorders.
Then I actually receive part of my order! At first glance the material felt decent. It has a nice feel. It had potential. I tried them on.. good stretch. Feel pretty comfy. Waist is a little baggy so I foreseen that being an issue. ( I ordered a small and medium as I tend to be a smedium. These were the smalls) but the butt was a little tighter than usual so I could tell the reduction of elastane was a bad idea. The mediums actually felt better because it was equally loose everywhere. But definitely not up to par with workout/yoga gear and too annoying to be lounge wear. I hate constantly pulling on clothing!
So after all that time and all that headache. These leggings are not great. I live in all leggings being a PT. I’ve tried everything from high end non-toxic, middle of the road and even cheap cancer causing brands and this one does not belong on my try-again list.
The owners truly have a lot of learning to do when it comes to running a business. They said they’re small, ok great. I’m a small business too and I know it can get to be a lot for a small team, so learn to delegate. Hire more help. Get a true shipping team! You brag endlessly about how many sales you’ve done and how many orders you have to fulfill, which is super tacky btw. So spend some of that preorder money on a shipping team? No one thought of that? Don’t bite off more than you can chew because it reflects poorly on your business as a whole. Not to mention the leggings arent of that stellar of quality for you to get away with subpar customer service.
Overall. This waste a waste of my time and money. Definitely do not trust this brand

This company actually gets zero Stars not it's hard to get a hold of someone and they take forever to ship your stuff. I'm not even sure if Mama Marie is a real company. I will never ever recommend this company to anybody ever. I'm trying to cancel these orders that I ordered July 22nd. I'm waiting on and no one has gotten back to me so I did have to take other actions to make sure I don't get charged for these orders.

I can attest to what many people have written: poor customer service, poor communication, and an underwhelming product. I ordered the signature bra on June 30. I contacted them on July 8 asking about the status of the product. I used the contact form online and contacted the support email. I heard back July 9 saying the order was a pre-order (I do not recall seeing this on the website nor on the order confirmation email) and that they have had over 14,000 orders (this also seems to be a very common email). I received the item July 22. I contacted them again on July 23 asking for a refund. The website instructed to contact the support email address. I heard nothing, wrote another email. I went back to the website and found that by using the chatbot, I could ask for my own refund. I also contacted one of the owners on LinkedIn, trying to get a hold of someone. The conversation was also very negative, with him both looking at my professional profile (felt invasive and I live in the state where Namarie is based) and he told me that I was ruining the small business since I let him know I reported them to the BBB and Colorado AG's office. I was able to get a shipping label on July 28. The item was delivered July 31. I wrote the support email again asking about when I could expect to receive a refund, so I was having many doubts about ever receiving one. I filed a dispute with my credit card today. This has been a terrible experience and I don't wish this on anyone. Additionally, when I attempted to write a review on their website, it wasn't posted. When I attempted to leave a comment about my experience on their Instagram page, I was blocked within 5 minutes.

ZERO stars is what they actually get. What a SCAM. I ordered several items on 7/5. After it was past the shipping timeline (7/16), I googled and saw several others had the same issue. I reached out directly to the founder (because she's apparently the only email contact), who apologized and said they'd ship right away. I asked for a refund instead as I didn't trust that based on the online feedback from others. She issued one. It hit my card, but was pending. I went on today (8/4) and I saw it was never officially issued, thus I've paid for product I never received. On hold with my bank now, but this is so careless. Don't take orders if you cannot fulfill them within the window and don't issue refund to pull them. I can't even believe this happened. No other company operates this way. And your excuse - "we're small" - TOO BAD!
