ZERO. What a terrible company!
ZERO stars is what they actually get. What a SCAM. I ordered several items on 7/5. After it was past the shipping timeline (7/16), I googled and saw several others had the same issue. I reached out directly to the founder (because she's apparently the only email contact), who apologized and said they'd ship right away. I asked for a refund instead as I didn't trust that based on the online feedback from others. She issued one. It hit my card, but was pending. I went on today (8/4) and I saw it was never officially issued, thus I've paid for product I never received. On hold with my bank now, but this is so careless. Don't take orders if you cannot fulfill them within the window and don't issue refund to pull them. I can't even believe this happened. No other company operates this way. And your excuse - "we're small" - TOO BAD!
