BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. This company is a scam. I placed a big order and then never heard anything. I reached out and they then informed me it was a preorder. That was news to me, but I was fine with it. Weeks went by. Nothing! No order, no communication. I reached out again. They wrote a long heartfelt email about their business and that I’d have my order soon. I waited patiently. Still no order, no communication. If you comment on Instagram they delete the comment and block you.

This place is the biggest scam

This place is the biggest scam. If you purchase a package, you will be up sold each and every time you go in for a treatment. I’ve had over 10 clear and brilliants which they swore would help my skin issues, but every time I go in, they push another “new” treatment on me that will supposedly help more. It’s disheartening to spend a lump sum of money on a treatment only to continue to be told you have to spend more and more to see any results. The nurses are super pushy about it even after you politely decline numerous times.

Today I cancelled due to a unsafe weather advisory and they rescheduled me with no issues. Then, hours later I get a vm stating I am being charged $50 for my no call no show. I have since called and spoken to 5 different people; still with no resolve. The internal communication is awful. Even the manager spoke over me, was dismissive and could do nothing to help. She literally told me to call corporate and gave me the number that we were currently talking on. Supposedly corporate is going to call me, but given the poor communication I’ve seen internally, I highly doubt they will follow through or do anything to make this right.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. This company is awful. Jason on the design/sales was great at first, but once the sale was complete he dropped the ball multiple times. My original estimated delivery was 8/1/23 but because of Jason's lack of response, professionalism and follow through, I have STILL yet to receive my order as of 9/14/23. The order was placed on 7/11/23. In fact, I was told by customer service today that the order still hasn't even gone through, yet my credit card has been charged and paid for. I have called in requesting to talk to a supervisor and am never contacted by one nor is one ever available when I call. Don't waste your time, energy and frustration with the company.

SCAM!!!! VICSRACK

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from VicsRack and never received them. Customer service is awful! This site is a total scam! Save yourself the hassle and don't order anything!!
