These are scammers, tho legal, so all you can do is ask for a refund, then put in a complaint with BBB because otherwise they won't refund you. Make sure you do whatever you have to.

The material feels great, I can tell my skin can breath.
I had to exchange first for a different size but then realized these are not sweat wicking (which is probably good but not flattering) so I needed to exchange for black which does not show the sweat soaking through from hot yoga. The process of exchanging was horrible, really bad.

At first I was just super patient but after so many emails back and forth with seemingly an AI or also 10 different people (or more) not reading the previous emails, I was pretty fed up to be honest.

On top of that they didn't take any accountability for their messiness and many many mistakes, just ignoring it and not mentioning it or responding to it. Feels so disrespectful and I would not have anything to do with them again. Especially since my order for 4 different clothings was a big investment.

Desperation for endocrine friendly yoga-wear keeps me from returning it all, but next time I'll look elsewhere.

To make it right they could get back to me with a professional and honest message of apology and send me the bra I wanted for free (or pay me for the excessive time and energy spent on this transaction 🤷🏻‍♀️), that in the end I couldn't get till months from now, but I dont trust they would actually remember to send it so I took one I didn't want now instead. Their system for organization is non-existent and no one is really paying attention.

Too bad, the material seems nice.

I'll also add that the seems on both the leggings I got are eroding after only a few uses, and I wash by hand very gently.

I do like the design of the leggings, they look nice.

My thighs are 15 inches around and calf are 12 inches which is pretty slim but the XS was much too small. The S fit well.

Michael was incredibly helpful today, honestly the customer service with Sender has been top knock quality every time so far. The platform is great too, a few things could be updated but in general it's great, and Im just using the free version. Very generous free service. I look forward to when I need a paid account so I can support them back!

I just started setting up Sender and am pretty lost on things like “ TXT value” etc. Lucas was perfect helper. Patient, effective and knowledgeable.

I fell for the “patents” etc. not until I got the product did I do some research. The whole EEG testing for heat scientifically bogus. So far customer service has been decent and accosting returns. Tho I see from others that they got the wrong return address and also not getting a full refund. I’ll be updating this reply when things are done to share how it went.
Question: why put so much energy into a scam when you can do actual meaningful things and enrich life? Must be so incredibly lost.
