Yes, it's bad....
Unfortunately, the negative reviews about shipping delays, poor customer service, and product quality are accurate.
I placed a pre-order in May (with a June delivery estimate), but didn’t receive the leggings until the end of July. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly given new shipping dates, only for them to be missed without any proactive communication. I finally asked to cancel the order—only then did it ship, hours later.
According to their size chart, I’m a true medium (29" waist), but the leggings were too big, lacked structure, and looked frumpy. After one wash on a cold, delicate cycle, the seams looked worn and ragged. I think they must be skewing the reviews on their website.
Still, desperate to find a plastic-free legging and hoping that a smaller size would be better, I placed a new order in early July. Despite a follow-up, I have still received no shipping updates nor a response (over three weeks later). Shame on me for thinking it would be different. At this point, I’ll be initiating a chargeback.
I wanted to support them, but the poor quality, dismal customer service, and overall hassle just aren't worth it. I personally can’t recommend nor support a company with such unprofessional and opaque business practices. It's crazy to me that anyone thinks they can build and sustain a company this way...
