Unhelpful, rude and curt exchanges from them. Took 15 days to respond (after being chased) asked pointless questions to faff around and when chased for a third time they said to use a different company. Felt like they completely wasted my time.

Dave & Seb moved me from a flat at the top of some steep stairs, to my bungalow
A real hard slog.
Nothing was to much trouble for them, they were extremely helpful , polite happy in their work.
They loaded and unloaded my furniture with care and covered soft furnishings to keep them clean.
Can’t recommend them enough!

In a word, awesome. We moved with these guys on Friday. I've not used a removal firm for a move before, so wasn't 100% sure on what to expect (does everything need to be boxed, what should I prioritise, should I dismantle things in advance etc.)... Anyway, they were round on Wednesday morning to lift 80% of our belongings, and the remainder was collected on Friday morning. The team was on time, efficient, courteous and just seemed to be having a great time working, always a good sign of a close team, and whoever was DJing in the lorry had fine taste 😉. There was a bit of a delay on the other end, but it was traffic related and made up for by having extra bodies for the unload. Totally stress free on the delivery side too. Again, super professional, happy to take directions on what went where, beds that they had dismantled on collection were rebuilt.

Whenever I move again, MintBox will 100% be the firm I go for. I genuinely can't fault them and would recommend to anyone planning a move.

Avoid this company at all costs! Have lost pretty much everything my mum had in storage with them - king size beds, TV's, the full contents of her double garage. They have not only damaged furniture, clothing, snapped fishing rods - they have destroyed every single photo album and ruined all of the letters my dad wrote to my mum. These items hold great sentimental value as my dad passed away a few years ago. Items that we wanted to keep and photographs that helped us cherish the memories.

I think the most disgusting thing about the whole situation is the way it's been handled by Mintbox. Total disregard, no response, zero remorse and absolutely no solutions offered. Things happen, disaster strikes but its how you handle it and I think the silence from these guys speaks volumes.

It's truly repulsive customer service.

We moved within Edinburgh recently and Mintbox made the move so much easier for us. From our unusual quote, to organising a day/ time, to execution on the day, it was first class. No task was too much and the speed the guys move at is incredible! Excellent care was taken with all our things as well. Dave is the main man and he was first class, even helped us gain access to our new place! Dismantled and rebuilt a few things as well in no time.
If and when we move again we will be going straight to these guys. Can't recommend enough.

The Mintbox team were just fantastic. Really friendly, very professional and incredibly efficient! Highly recommend. Fingers crossed we don't move again, but if we ever do, it will be Mintbox we turn to.

Following a visit to check out what had to be moved, and a very reasonable estimate, the actual removal went really well. The team were extremely organised, friendly and careful. They worked really hard over a long day, but were cheerful and considerate throughout, always asking us what we wanted whenever in doubt. They brought in more hands to complete the job in time. All our possessions were treated well. A couple of weeks later I thought a small part of a bed frame was missing and David went to great lengths to establish from the team where it had been packed and help me search the stuff we'd stored in the garage. We found the parts quickly. They also picked up all the boxes to be used again. Their customer service and communication were excellent throughout.

I can highly recommend Mintbox. I contacted them for a quote and they immediately arranged to have a FaceTime call for me to walk around the house and show rooms/ content. A quote was provided within a day or two. Everything was easy when communicating with the team. And on the day, the team turned up on time, full of smiles, personality and ready to work hard. They did not stop. Everything went smoothly. The guys couldn’t have been nicer; personable and friendly. They provide a very valuable service and I will recommend them to all friends and family. Thanks again for making moving day easier than I thought!

Brilliant…just brilliant. Emily came and did a quote for us and we subsequently heard lots of positive things. They were also super keen on price, which is always good and they arrived at 8.30am on the day with a team of 5 and our top floor flat emptied like magic. After an hour or so the team went down to 2, which was all communicated beforehand and the flat was empty in just under 2 hours. The other end, 1.5 hours later and we were fully unloaded and done, I couldn't believe it – so quick, all lovely lads. I couldn't recommend them enough, it was worth every penny.

I think I'm quite hard to please and have very high expectations but they were exceeded.

David and the crew are very efficient, getting the job done quickly and cleanly - which is fundamentally what you want from a removal company, right?

We have used Mintbox Removals three times. Their level of service and care is outstanding. The most recent occasion was a whole house move, which they conducted swiftly, with no issues. This is particularly remarkable, as our flat was very difficult to access and to move the furniture through. I would absolutely use Mintbox again and would recommend them to everyone.

The flexibility, communication, professionalism and courtesy is unlike anything I've experienced and during what was a very stressful house move, they really went above and beyond.

Had a wonderful experience with David and Ciaran. They arrived bang on time and worked very quickly and carefully, without a single complaint about me being top floor flat without a lift! They were very reasonable and even helped with blankets as I had a hire van from Ireland. Couldn’t fault them, would recommend to all.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Everyone was super helpful and they did a great job at packing everything up safely and securely for us ahead of time. Really punctual on the day and went above and beyond working late on our moving day as we encountered an issue with being able to move all our stuff in at the advised time.

We used Mintbox for our recent move and only have good things to say. The guys turned up early and got stuck into the boxes and furniture. They had no problems with a large sofa and quickly dismantled a bed.

They were patient when our entry time was delayed and again emptied the van as quickly as they filled it.

Both Sam and Kerr were polite throughout and easy to chat to.

I would highly recommend using them again in the future.

Emily and David run an amazing company with a fantastic team. From the first meeting to our moving day everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much. The guys are top class.
