Excellent product and after sales service

Great bed frame. Delivery was easily arranged. We had a small problem after assembly and customer service could not have been better - no automated messages, no fobbing off, just honest acknowledgement and genuine help. Highly recommended for product quality and customer service.

Excellent service but ...

Near the end of the first year of my insurance I had an accident which was very well dealt with. Great customer service. Unfortunately my renewal premium had a huge hike so I don't think I'll be able to stay.

Good product well packaged.

Phone came in excellent condition, well packaged, with a screen protector and some sweets. I was apprehensive because I'd just had a refurbished phone from an Amazon shop which turned out to have a hardware defect, and had some difficulties getting a refund. But this phone checks out really well and made a good impression of the company.
As with others, I found the tracking of the delivery didn't work well, but that's Royal Mail.

Siteground customer support is always…

Siteground customer support is always great, in my experience. Just had someone sort out some difficult issues with DNS entries, where I'd got myself in a mess. All fixed within five minutes. They're a great team.

Highly recommended

Following a visit to check out what had to be moved, and a very reasonable estimate, the actual removal went really well. The team were extremely organised, friendly and careful. They worked really hard over a long day, but were cheerful and considerate throughout, always asking us what we wanted whenever in doubt. They brought in more hands to complete the job in time. All our possessions were treated well. A couple of weeks later I thought a small part of a bed frame was missing and David went to great lengths to establish from the team where it had been packed and help me search the stuff we'd stored in the garage. We found the parts quickly. They also picked up all the boxes to be used again. Their customer service and communication were excellent throughout.

Good service start to finish

Good planning and coordination. Workmen were friendly, punctual and kept us informed as they went on. Joiners, plasterer and painter all took care cleaning up. Large conservatory had roof and ceiling built in six working days. Very pleased with the new sun room.

Just had excellent help from the Siteground chatline helping me with something I'd misunderstood. No wait at all and support people get what I need and provide it.
This has been consistent over the many years I've used Siteground. They've never let me down.

Excellent service from Parks Irvine

Chose a car at Parks via Autotrader and, since we were at the opposite side of the country they first gave us a careful video inspection of the car then, when we were satisfied it was probably the right car for us, brought it over to their Bathgate office to test drive.
Overall this was the best service we've ever had when buying a car (special praise to Grant Walker) and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

I've been using Siteground for over six years and the customer service on their chat line has always been excellent. I'm happy to record that as the years go on and they get bigger, their customer service - being prompt, friendly and efficient - has never changed.

Quick efficient service

An engineer was available next day after our request to look at fridge freezer. We had plenty of text reminders. He diagnosed the fault which wasn’t repairable after which we were charged only the callout. Engineer was polite and tidied up. Only suggestion for improvement would be a smaller time window than 8-5.

I understand your concern about the 8-5 appointment slot, however unfortunately this is a temporary measure that is required during the Covid period as all jobs are potentially taking longer than usual and this removes a lot of the time pressures from the engineers during this time. As soon as we can, we will bring back our normal narrowed-down appointment slots.
