Grandado is one of the shady sites of om Mediapress... Ordered some glasses thinking it was a Dutch or European site, but like all online commerce with low prices, it's Chinese or a scam....

Fraudsters! Scam company! We ordered sunglasses! The order was not delivered and we did not receive our refund!

I previously left a review for a company called Grandado from which I ordered a product which never arrived (ordered in January. It is now April and nothing has ever arrived and the link I was given to "follow" my order is just never updated). I only noticed when doing some banking that the charge for the product I have not received was under the name of Mediapress, so I feel it's important to put the same warning here. Even worse, someone replied to my Grandado review offering to email me to "find a solution." Someone did email me, saying that sometimes these things happen, but that a new shipment "can" be arranged for me. The email ended with "Please let me know if you want this to be sorted out for you." I would argue that if the company really wanted to arrange a solution, they would simply send a new order out without me having to let them know I'd like that. I opted not to respond because I don't want to chit chat with a liar who probably is not who they are saying they are, and it's no surprise that no new shipment has ever been arranged for me. Total scam company. Stay away from Grandado and be sure to find out who your products are coming from before you order online. Lesson learned.

Ordered boots which I haven't received. Contacted customer service after speaking to the bank who confirmed they had taken payment who then said I never placed a order that mediapress take the payment the person then forgot their lie saying they weren't grandado they were mediapress so I asked why does it say grandado at the top of the page we were chatting on and I told them I had screenshot the whole conversation and the bank was going to investigate if I never received my order in after 15 days from time of purchase. Also asked for a contact number but then got ignored 🙁. The rage is real 😳 please stay away from that company. Don't know why they are still allowed to advertise after seeing all these reviews

I made my order on can.grandado but payment was gone to Mediapress Limited. I never got my order or any message or reply, money re just gone...

Ordered 4 rechargeable 18650 batteries for my vape beginning of may, been charged and never received by grandando. Found these reviews and hey another customer scammed TOTAL SCAM steer clear !

l made a order on the 7th of June and still not received the item it's a red cowhide scissor case can you help sent a picture of my order

I ordered and received a non stick frypan which is totally useless. When heated, the base buckles and only makes contact with the centre of the pan which spins around. It only cooks in the centre. The non stick is ineffective and the extra egg cooking attachments which were to be supplied were not provided. This is an absolute ripoff. Media press cannot be contacted. $93.00 stolen by this "company"

Should be zero stars. Ordered product for $134.00 my account says PAID but product has not been sent and says they are waiting for payment. Can't get any message to them.Have contacted my credit card company to dispute the payment, hopefully they will credit the payment.

ordered from them in April now June and no delivery, tried contacting them and the automated system said they could not find the order, have now contacted redit card company .

sent order and next day got a letter from Ivana saying item not in stock, I immediately wrote to cancel total order, now a month later I see they charged my credit card for the full entire order and no way to get refund. This is a scam company DO NOT ORDER

Ordered a new head for my razor. Two months now - received nothing. No way of contacting.

I purchased a cap for my wife. It arrived 2 weeks later. I have to say that despite other online experiences about this company the hat is stylish and decent quality. Maybe I was lucky, I don't know.

I ordered a pack of two batteries for my cannon camera on the 7th May. The battery arrived today 8TH April but there was only one battery in the pack. I have no way of contacting this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I did not receive my order which I placed on March 16th 2022.Does not seem like genuine company.

I purchased a toddler sling/carrier from “grandado”, then received an email saying that the item was no longer in stock (still says it’s available today on their site)… they said they are awaiting my response on an alternative from the attachment in the email. There was no attachment. No further responses yet the charge is still posted on my account with no correction made. Looks like I’m out $45.. greasy!

Been waiting 7 weeks for product to arrive. No answer to email sent. Email not even been read (I have email tracker) so not hopeful. GRRRRR

Item never arrived, terrible how these companies aren’t shut down

Very displeased with this and also myself. I'd normally check these companies out before buying from them but didn't. Bought a hat, payment been taken and..... NOTHING. Read all the other reviews just now. How is this site still going?
