Will not return calls on damage claim…
The a single installer dropped a heavy Bloom Lift Adjustable base Queen bed that dropped on the stairs and split the stringer (side member that holds all the treads and risers together). Many calls to the store went unanswered, I have now retained a lawyer to commence damage claim and notified customer service, they now want pictures and full description of the incident to which I am complying with, I will report back on this site with the outcome. In the mean time I can not give them even a one star rating, they should have a negative class on the star chart.
