Ordered the trial box which was 4 meals for £17. Was not informed this automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription which I found out about this morning when £177 was taken from my bank account!!
£177 a month firstly is absolutely ridiculous.
I contacted them via email to say I did not order or plan a subscription and they said the orders already placed and there’s nothing they can do.
I have had to go online to cancel and had no refund of a ridiculous amount of money!

Great customer service. The meals are convenient to store and use. My dog Benji loves his meals. I recycle the packaging so it’s a great eco product. I use our motorhome a lot so the meals are easy to transport and use while travelling.

Ordered the food on the 5th October, advised it was shipped on the 7th but DPD still haven't received it. I can't get through to anyone to discuss, takes hours on the webchat which is just AI and emails take days to respond but responses I get at AI generated and don't resolve the issue

The whole company needs a shake up really. This food is expensive and when paying that you should feel you will get great service. They take the funds out of bank but delivery of food is up to ten days later, leaving you in limbo and dog having to eat an alternative while you wait. Customer service is AI and takes an age to actually respond. It’s such a shame as if they just did what they promise they would not have lost another customer.
Food is 4/5 but it just never arrives on time.

My boy loves the food and thriving on it .
Conveniently can be stored in cupboard.
Yes it’s not the cheapest but as they say you get what you pay for !!

My dog is fussy and would not eat his previous food, so I was looking for something else and came across Marleybones. He absolutely loved it from day one, and still does, four months later!

We moved to Marleybones just over a month ago for one of my Shih Tzus (the other more recently moved across). Lola, suffers from a sensitive tummy, is a little anxious soul and sometimes gets a little colitis - as well as being a fuss pot!
We have been thought what I feel is ALL the dog food, and well I have never seen her so happy about dinner times (she does a hippy happy hoppy dance)! We all LOVE Marleybones and cannot wait to see some new flavours come to fruition too, added bonus the team are wonderful and so helpful!

Len loves his Marleybones , he loves to unbox too !
On a serious note most dog food upsets his stomach but not Marleybones - thankfully. My boy really enjoys Marleybones and so do the rest of the family knowing that we have a happy dog

Dog can't get enough of this food, easy storage etc.

Very poor experience. The company claims that the starter packs provided 14 days worth of food for your dog - this is a complete fabrication, as our shih tzu would only be eating 1/4 of a carton per day and the cartons can only be kept in the fridge for 48 hours - the starter pack only contains 4 cartons, therefore meaning the starter pack only lasts for 8 days maximum! Customer services then suggested that we freeze some of it , but none of this is stated/ explained in their very dishonest and misleading advertising! Subscription very much cancelled, food quality seemed very poor also and our dog wouldn’t touch it. Strongly advise to not sign up to this company!

My dog Marley was such a fussy eater and would often refuse to eat his food. I tried wet, dry, raw the lot! Still Marley was very inconsistent with his eating habits and had a sensitive stomach where he would be sick 1 or 2 times a week. When I saw Marleybones advertised I was hesitant due to the price but I then saw that Marleybones had launched in my local supermarket so I rushed down and got one lamb and one chicken. Marley ate all of his food for the next three days! Since switching to Marleybones Marley’s eating habits have completely changed. He always eats his meals without fail and is a much slower eater as he used to eat far too quickly. His stomach has settled down and has only been sick 1 time in the four or five months that he has been on Marleybones. Switching is the best decision I have ever made. The company support is amazing as well as the quality of the product. If you are thinking about changing go for it!

Our Dog Frankie loves his Marleybone food and treats. He was a rescue and since we brought him home and started on Marleybone he is thriving. We love that it’s an ambient stored product so doesn’t take up room in the fridge or freezer but equally stays fresh at all times.

The smell, the texture and the colour..awful.
Dogs? They sniffed it and turned their heads.
I bought the trial pack, then I emailed Marleybones telling them that I wasn't interested in a subscription. Last night £186 had been taken out of my account for an order I didn't make!
Hopefully, they will stop the order and I can have my money back.

I love that the food contains such a variety of herbs, spices and superfoods to provide balanced, tasty nutrition for my dog. She particularly loves the flavours containing sage and chia-no stinky breath (or poos!) and s clean bowl every time.

Great product, a real hit with our dog! No messing about with storage. Easy to manage subscription too.

Somehow, half my order was missing, I emailed Marley Bones and the next day, my missing half was on my doorstep. Fantastic, friendly, efficient service! My dog and I much appreciated the help and service show to us. Thank you Marley Bones.

For the trial box I was expecting that I'd have enough meals for the transition and next delivery which would be 14 days later.
I paid £28 and what arrived...4 meals and treats and supplements.
4 meals! That's not enough for 2 weeks of food for a chow!
I was a little disappointed and cancelled my subscription before I put the food away. Which is a shame as I'm sure it would have been a great product.
*Thank you* Marylebones however the amount of food, which is four packs is not enough food based on your own percentages. You cannot give that advice out without knowing the amount food that is eaten by the individual dog.
