Trial box automatically turns into a subscription beware!!
Ordered the trial box which was 4 meals for £17. Was not informed this automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription which I found out about this morning when £177 was taken from my bank account!!
£177 a month firstly is absolutely ridiculous.
I contacted them via email to say I did not order or plan a subscription and they said the orders already placed and there’s nothing they can do.
I have had to go online to cancel and had no refund of a ridiculous amount of money!

Just to clarify, our Trial Box is part of a flexible subscription, clearly outlined during checkout. Your first full box is delivered two weeks after the trial, with subsequent boxes arriving every four weeks - or on a schedule that works best for you. Our plans are fully flexible, so you can skip a delivery or cancel at any time.
We also send a reminder email three days before each renewal, giving plenty of time to make any changes or cancel if needed.
