We moved to Marleybones just over a month ago for one of my Shih Tzus (the other more recently moved across). Lola, suffers from a sensitive tummy, is a little anxious soul and sometimes gets a little colitis - as well as being a fuss pot!
We have been thought what I feel is ALL the dog food, and well I have never seen her so happy about dinner times (she does a hippy happy hoppy dance)! We all LOVE Marleybones and cannot wait to see some new flavours come to fruition too, added bonus the team are wonderful and so helpful!

Processing of claim was declined. A cyst that was classed as a pre-existing condition, but not in the same place or same type or size. The lump was growing in size.
After talking to a number of vets no one understood what it had not been authorised and also after complaining further they back tracked and have now offered the claim.

The team handled the whole process badly and it was not impressed at all by Waggel and will likely leave them.

Called to update my plan!
Teri-lea was a great helped talked through the different options the pro-plan and basic plan and then went a step further and offered me a further rate to continue to use the system and see how it suites me.

Helpful and efficient, didn't have to wait for the call to go through or kept on hold! All sorted within 10 minutes!

This is the first time I have bought walking boots, as I am doing a half marathon trek in September. I've worn these a couple of times now, once treking through an awful lot of mud - they had a good strong supportive grip and good support around the ankles, definatley waterproof.
Really comfortable, I did size up after reading other reviews and they feel fine.

My little Shih Tzu was feeling a little under the weather over the weekend and rather than contacting the emergency vets I took advantage of Vet Video Call available through my pet insurance.

They gave some advice and reassurance that I needed. Really easy to do and vet was brilliant.

The website provides everything you need and gives a great overview of the packages Wave Offer! The special offer was too good not to take advantage as I have been researching and looking at SUPs for ages! This is my first SUP and I cannot wait to get out on the water when the weather gets warm again. The whole experience was great from online purchase to a fast speedy delivery and everything in the box you could need explaining how to get started!

I put my property on the market with Cubitt & West in Cranleigh in November 2020 having had a wonderful experience with them trying to help me buy a few years prior.

Kerry-Ann has been wonderful the whole way through checking in and updating when possible. Very friendly, helpful and approachable along with Ross. Great team and very glad to have now sold my property with them and would absolutely use them again wonderful team!
