I came to this page to check if it was a scam or not, and decided not to order but I couldn’t stop thinking about the suede bomber jacket so I decided to try since I could pay through PayPal.
It came exactly as the one in the pictures and videos, it’s suede and the material is light (I thought it was gonna be thick but it isn’t and for me it wasn’t and issue). Now I want another one. To me and as far as my experience goes, everything is great.
I don’t know if I’ll order in the future again since maybe this time it was great but maybe the next time it isn’t.

Misleading product descriptions and pure theft of funds after product was immediately returned. They just stopped replying after agreeing to a return and refund. The refund (via PayPal) never came after months of consulting with PayPal. PayPal advised they closed my case in favour of seller who kept the item and my money, how?????

This company is not what it seems. The designs look nothing like the pictures shown online, and the quality is extremely poor. Customer service is unhelpful and makes the return process nearly impossible. They also add unexpected fees, so you end up losing money even if you try to send items back.

I strongly recommend staying away from this brand, save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

Terrible quality and they are thief's. Returned my jacket and they never sent back my refund. BEWARE

Warning – Scam company with terrible service!

Honestly – stay away from this company. It’s a complete scam. The products I received were of extremely poor quality, nothing like what was shown on the website. When I contacted customer service, it took several days to get a response, and even then, they just kept trying to convince me to keep the items by offering various discounts – over and over again.

No wonder they have so many bad reviews already. I really wish I had read them before placing my order. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish.

Do yourself a favor – shop elsewhere! This place will only rip you off.

I ordered a pant and retuned it due to being faulty. I have all emails stating my refund could take up to 7 days. It's now 8 months later and I have not received a refund nor do they reply to my email anymore. This business is NOT reputable and certainly cannot be trusted.

TOTAL SCAM – STAY AWAY!

This is without a doubt the worst website I have ever ordered from. The clothes I received were of zero quality – thin, worn out, and completely useless. Nothing looked like the pictures on the website!

After doing some research, I discovered that they steal photos from other brands and pretend the products are theirs. It’s pure fraud.

Customer service? Forget it. No replies. No help. Just silence.

Everything about this website feels fake and dishonest. I’m warning EVERYONE – do not order from here! You’ll just lose your money and end up with garbage. This shouldn’t even be legal.

I’ve been trying to get a refund on a bag I returned December 4 2024. A woman by the name of Maria said I would get refund in 7 days and that was 3 months ago. They don’t answer any of my emails to inquire about the refund and there is no phone number to get through to anyone

I wish 0 stars was an option. Warning - do not shop with them. I ordered multiple sizes of the same jacket, and each jacket looked different. Plus, the quality was poor. I returned within the 30 day window per their instructions via email correspondence, they said I’d be refunded in 7-14 days, and then they stopped replying when the refund didn’t come through. We are now in a dispute with my credit card company over hundreds of dollars.

One star is too much! Delivery took over a month, the product that arrived is the cheapest looking jacket I have ever seen. The materials are very very poor quality. When you make contact with the company they respond offering discounts to keep the items but then never produce the partial refund. My bank cannot assist because the company can confirm delivery so they close the case. You are then left to fight it out with the company and they don’t respond . You are also unable to return any products. I fear it may be one big scam ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I think this website is a scam. I ordered an item express in December and it still hasn't arrived Feb 7. They sent shipping direct from a factory in China and the item never made it to my location but somehow got "re-routed" back to sender. No one at the customer service team will respond to emails

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. It took a long time to receive it. The quality is terrible, sizing is inaccurate, and the customer service, not great. After sending several emails, they offered me a mere 25% refund if I kept everything, but I wouldn’t wear any of these clothes. The suede bag is poorly made and doesn’t close properly. Nothing looks like the pictures—don’t trust them! Save yourself the hassle. I’ve requested a return label for a full refund which they offered if I wanted it, still waiting. It shouldn't be this difficult to return something, they should send a return label in the package. Taking advantages of the consumer, making it appear and charging as a luxury brand but IT IS NOT!!!! Please refund my purchase.

One star is too much! The item arrived over a month late and was terrible quality! I asked for a return and they said they would refund me 60% and I could keep the item (I didn’t want the hassle and cost of all the returning so agreed), they never gave me the 60%!

This company is now posting items on EBAY and when you almost win the bid, your bid is cancelled, and the item is gone. In the description they have a website link to their company where you can buy their products - so sus. They will then add a new page of postings. They are definitely using fake pictures. They are trying to use EBAY to draw new customers, but are not allowing anyone to buy through EBAY, since the purchases would never be completed with the customer protection umbrella given through EBAY. This company should be shut down immediately!

Poor quality and looks really cheap. Asked for a return and they offered 40% off to keep it. I asked for a return because even with the 40% discount, the quality is just not worth the money. I sent the product back at my own expense for shipping and it has been 3 months and multiple emails and no refund has been processed. Customer service sends a fake email saying refund has been processed which never happened. This company is a scam. I have already filed a complaint to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and a charge dispute with my credit card company. This company needs to be shut down.

do not trust this website it is a complete scam! The product quality is no way what you receive and after weeks going on months of emailing they never processed the refund after receiving the jacket back, just delayed by saying warehouse issues. I also had to pay for my shipping back!

I contacted my credit card holder, disputed the charge and provided all the evidence needed. I was able to get the refund. Highly recommend to all!

This website is a scam. Their products are horrible quality. I returned the $150 trench and it's now been a month and I still have not been credited back. Do not waste your money or your time on this site. You will not get your money back if you don't like your items and their customer service is non existent.

Item was not leather as described but poorest quality synthetic (wouldn't even put it out for goodwill). Company will promise refunds but never deliver and they delete negative reviews from social media and block you.

I wish i had done my research before i ordered from this company. I have returned the bag that i was not happy with and was told i would b refunded but alas three weeks later no refunf and no answer to my e mails. BUYER BEWARE !!!! 😠 😡
