I recently placed an order for a jacket…

I recently placed an order for a jacket that was advertised on the website. When the item arrived it looked nothing like it was pictured and the quality was extremely poor. I requested info to return it and despite four follow ups they are completely ignoring my requests. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to purchase quality items.
