Wrong sizes arrive, no customer service response as to where to return their mistake

After many weeks of waiting my order #LMC2424570 arrived. The pants were the wrong size, I ordered a large. The bag says medium so do the pants. The top I ordered in medium is definitely a small. I have written everyday as to this problem and how can I return their mistake. No response. Nothing. Will be writing to better business bureau and my bank how to deal with this fraudulent company.

Fraudulent Company, No customer service, no item

I have written customer service everyday to please cancel my order 14004 on a £200.00 pair of ballet slippers. They first said they would change the size then I said No, please refund my money. I have written everyday for a week no response. I will be giving my bank a call regarding this fraudulent company. Who have seem to disappeared. Also nothing has been sent out either. Do not use them!

The material is as soft as silk and the nightgown hangs beautifully. It literally can be worn as a summer dress with a slip if you wish underneath.

I would not give it 1 star even

I would not give it 1 star even! My daybed finally arrived on this past Wednesday. It said “Ivory” on the box and inside it was dark grey. I had to refuse it. I called customer service immediately and they took the attitude, really, we do not to care. I sent photos of the box and the daybed. They had the nerve to write back and say maybe you are not seeing the colour right. Me, 2 sweet delivery men with photos attached to customer service, implying we do not know the difference between Ivory and Dark Grey! Really??? I asked for another one to be expedited, they said 5-10 weeks. Which is the usual delivery. No sorries, we will see where your sofa is, (as it is made to order) so who has my Ivory daybed? Nothing!!!
No discount for waiting for a new one nothing.
They didn’t even care that I had to take the morning off for the delivery.
I asked to speak to a manager, they said it will take 48 hours.
We are in the 43 hour right now no one has called me.
Worst customer service I have ever received in all of my 57 years.

Freddies flowers are Amazing

Freddies flowers are Amazing! I signed up to have them delivered weekly, but my first delivery of flowers lasted 2 1/2 weeks. Never has this ever happened with any flowers delivered to me before.
I look forward to my next box from them next Monday.
Beautiful flowers, long lasting beyond belief, and a great service and company!

Monica Vinader. What can I say. Beyond the amazing collections over the years which I selfishly have alot, It is there customer service and the employees, especially in The Duke if York Square where I buy most of my jewelery if not on line, who go the extra mile to help you with a smile on their face and kindness in their heart. You just feel they care about you and the jewelery and they just want to make it such a pleasant and happy experience for you. In the store, they don’t rush you, but take there time to help you find your perfect piece. Also if there was a problem they went they went up and beyond to solve it and make me happy.
Monica Vinader has amazing jewelery but more than that, incredible employees who deserve 10 plus stars for the way the act and conduct themselves with the public.
