Jacket I ordered looked nothing like what arrived, plus stitching was all freyed, they didn’t class that as faulty. I had also paid for express shipping - it took 3 weeks to arrive. Now I’m still waiting on a refund for trying to return the crappy jacket (which I had to pay the return shipping costs.)
