Steve Faulkner came today to sort out an ongoing issue. He was extremely polite and professional and talked me through everything he was doing and the reasoning why. He tried every angle to fix thr issue and ran the system carrying out numerous checks until he was satisfied. Excellent service again.
LMF should consider an increase in salary and perhaps a big gold star for his efforts.
He would be an excellent role model for other staff...perhaps in a mentoring or training role?

The team were spot on!
The Scaffold team were great — Jordan and Paul were very professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Jordan called ahead of time to make sure we were happy and everything was ready for the scheduled date. They arrived promptly and carried out the scaffold erection and solar fitment exactly as planned.
The workspace was kept clean and tidy the entire time they were on site, and they made sure to leave everything spotless before heading off.
If Carlsberg did Scaffold & Solar tradesmen… these guys would be it!
Customer service extremely understanding,as we didn't get letters out,to tell us who was calling,Sonya went above and beyond to reassure us,credit to the team, Darren as a property surveyor, conducted himself, friendly, polite and professionally, I would fully recommend as a team, this is a massive thing for everyone that we could get cheaper electric with solar panels,but sadly scam calls can hinder that,so check with your council or housing association to check you had a letter first,but when I explained to Sonya she fully understood and reassured me,as a property surveyor Darren was 100% professional and a credit to the team same as Sonya.
John May has made an excellent job of finishing off all the bits at the end of our work,thank you very much.
LMF have been great..going through the process and turning up when they said they would and Callum,from the sales team, has been a reliable and friendly point of contact and has kept me updated with the whole process, explaining with confidence any concerns i might have.
Work set to start within the month and i cant be more happy. Looking forward to a warm home.

Cannot praise Mark enough for an extremely professional job installing our loft insulation. Good communication from Mark leading up to the install day. Mark arrived ontime and fully explained the installation process. He was polite and did an excellent job.
It is always a concern when you are having any work done in your home, but Mark's tidiness and high standard of workmanship not only made the job look extremely easy, but also it was an enjoyable process. We now have a loft which is properly insulated and that has helped to make the house cosy and warm.

The initial installation was 5 star but this two star review is for the the poor customer service from head office.
Messages are rarely answered and promised action does not materialise.
Please can you register my cylinder on the GRANT G1 portal? This should have been done last year. GRANT can't service an unregistered cylinder.
I'm not the sort of person the leave a negative review but this is a simple admin issue that would take minutes to resolve.

Appealing service ! Our system has been in the house since July & according to the System History their has been a Fault from day one of its commission! We still have holes in the wall and we are still awaiting someone to come and box pipes in as promised this is absolutely appalling service ! No one answers the phone when you ring up and when they do answer, they pass you off to somebody else and you have to tell your story all over again. I am still awaiting a call back as we speak.

Its like a different house - quieter, draught free, and warm. The heat pump and heating system seem to work well, though it was only fully signed off a couple of weeks ago, and we are only just going in to autumn, so to some extent still finding out precisely how it works.
The tradesmen were almost all excellent - skilled, helpful and accommodating, but special mention to Shea's plastering crew, Mike Phillips, site manager and ace plasterer, and Tadas his assistant and problem solver.
The only negative was the considerable overshoot re the timeframe of the works. Initially we were told 8 - 12 weeks back at the end of May. The excellent Mike and Tadas have just today finished the last plastering job, and it's now the 18th of October. I'm cutting them considerable slack over this, as ours was a particularly difficult building, needing three holes drilling through thick stone internal walls, two of which had granite hard enough to not only break the core drill bits, but the drill itself. Eventually solved by hiring in external expertise of a man with a bigger drill, water lubrication and vacuum extraction of the water. There was no mess.
Would I recommend LMF? Well, I already have to several friends. Enough said.

A good experience throughout starting with Sonia from the office who kept me informed all the way through with updates on installations and times off all jobs. Then along came the heating installation and the lads done a good job so thanks to Jason, Jay, josh and Nathan. Then Lee the solar electrician and finally William and Harry who fitted the solar panels. What a great team all polite and cleaned up after there work.
A great credit to the company giving a positive image
Such poor customer service,
Poor workmanships, poor communication, they never answer the phone, when you email them they fob you off with open promises. They are a joke. Never known such bad customer service and work.

I contacted LMF regarding a small issue I had, as I'd lost the paperwork originally sent to me a few years ago (my fault)
I spoke to Jasmine on reception and she was so helpful to me
She sorted what I needed quickly and sent it all then checked up that I'd received it
I didn't think it would be that easy and she put my mind at rest
I actually asked for her name as she was so lovely, so I'd like to mention her efficiency and kindness :)

Just had a load of work done on the ECO4 scheme and all ran relatively smooth from start to finish. Some good lads in the scaffold, solar and plumbing teams. Carl and Lee doing the boarding/plastering done a great job as did Mike Phillips and Tadas sorting out the final few snags and working through the paper work side. Thanks guy’s.
