Really poor communication
Unfortunately communication from LMF is really poor. It can take days to get someone to answer the phone - I honestly thought they had gone out of business as I couldn’t get through and emails were returned as undeliverable. I only got my handover documents in October (thank you Jasmine La Personnel who was really helpful) although they were June dated after an installation completed in May. Holly Jessett has also been really helpful. However, I still have a couple of solar panel issues and despite a number of messages being forwarded, no-one ever gets back to me. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to get customer service
