Such poor customer service,

Such poor customer service,
Poor workmanships, poor communication, they never answer the phone, when you email them they fob you off with open promises. They are a joke. Never known such bad customer service and work.

Good Afternoon,

I have obtained your info from your google review and our operations team is currently looking into this further .
During an initial check I can see that there was some superficial damage caused to the heat pump during the installation of your Solar panels . This is not typical but unfortunately these can can happen and I will ensure this gets resolved .
I have spoken to the team regarding your communication issues and our solar manager informed that she provided you with her mobile number and is on hand if you need anything further .
Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused . We will make sure any required remedial work is carried out ASAP.

Never again

The first windscreen fitted to my car leaked and water damage to my seat head lining and water behind my dash, they left glass all over my dashboard, they came back and replaced this and damaged my car by scratching my Bonnet and wings, and damaged my trim around the edges, and now they are refusing to repair my car.

Short changed

I sent an email to boiler juice as I don’t believe I have received all of my oil, I haven’t had any response from boiler juice. Not happy as I believe I am short by 80L as the cost is high at the moment this is a loss of around £40
