Don’t lie to excuse your inept performance

“Couldn’t deliver because of inaccessibility”
Don’t lie, you haven’t delivered because you haven’t the staff. All roads are clear and our house is accessible. Royal Mail used to be the best but now you pay a premium for a service that is no better than the worst courier! Pathetic!

Absolute cheats

What a joke company. Ordered shoes online, received confirmation but then order was cancelled by Millets 5 minutes later because of no stock. Now I’m waiting 5 to 7 days for a refund. I’m not a bank, I’m a customer!

Now they have the audacity to write a generic reply below suggesting that they really care. Just refund my money, you have all the details!

Appalling Service

Appalling. They pretend they’ve dispatched by taking out a tracking number, but dispatch actually takes forever. They don’t return emails or answer the phone. Avoid!

They just keep you guessing

DHL part delivered a week ago with the missed items promised a day later. Still waiting with no tracker update. Calls to DHL have been in vain and even the original supplier can’t fathom DHL’s info. What a joke!

I have received a consignment I didn’t order, but no one answers the phone to resolve. Any one want to buy some led light fittings going very cheap? Ledhut clearly don’t want them back

Update. Ledhut answered this review with a phone number to ring. Guess what? They don’t answer this one either. Complete jokers!

pathetic service - DO NOT USE

Tracking says delivery was attempted and no one was in. I have been in all day to make sure I collected a delivery that didn’t need a signature and should have been left in greenhouse anyway. Lazy drivers don’t care. House is clearly marked at entrance and on house wall. Now I’m screwing around with electronic forms to trigger some correction. Woeful!

Terrible. Dropped at a random house 1/4 mile away, despite both houses having big bold house signs prominently displayed. Either the driver couldn’t read or couldn’t be bothered or both. Tracking system is also not updated - it was 3 days behind reality. *** Do not use and be careful if your supplier uses them too. You'll probably end up scouring the neighbourhood for your missing items.
