I had fingers crossed concerning the installation of my new Beko washing machine in a small kitchen and an even smaller space.

I needn't have worried - the Installer, Andris, pulled out all stops, squeezing into tiny spaces and sorting out the plumbing and electrical connections that were hidden behind the workspace & dishwasher.

He was cheerful & positive, with not the slightest moan about the hard work involved, always thinking out of the box not to be defeated ..

Top service and worth every penny of the installation, recycling bundle.
The machine is already busy - it arrived as promised and after several useful pre-check messages suggested by ao.

My only improvement suggestion would be to send a message estimating the approximate delivery - time the night before, instead of very early morning... Then I could have had a more relaxed night's sleep!

Co-op energy passed operations to Octopus Energy several years ago - the best move I made.. Not a single problem ever - simple to navigate App, a monthly email reminder to submit usage, and very competitive rates from an honest upfront company. I'm not surprised they're now the 2nd largest energy provider in the UK and using their unique billing system to seamlessly provide energy in a number of other countries.

I found a suitable garden hose 'wand' at a good price, ordered it in the evening and collected it from my local branch the following morning, saving a possible wasted journey. I am happy with both the service and product

I've never looked back since I've joined giffgaff (I must admit that I was late to the party!) and now for £6 s month I have all the data (2 GB) I need with decent coverage at home plus roaming when I go to the EU...

Following The Martin Lewis Money Show I investigated Atom Bank and set up a 2 year savings bond... I downloaded the Atom Bank App and followed the simple instructions... It was really easy to set up the account and within a few minutes, it was all done!

The App is clear and easy to use, and now instead of receiving 0,50% on my savings, I now get 4,45%!

I needed a pair of Transition specs - good price and arrived safely 10 days later.. The website isn't the easiest to use.. Too many choices perhaps...

Ordered in the afternoon and delivered through following morning - couldn't have been easier!

The package arrived via Royal mail in perfect condition and in a few days after ordering.. Perfectly satisfied, with me being informed throughout the process from the time the purchase was made.

I discovered Goggles 4U and very pleased too! The prices are much cheaper than on the High St, with a seemingly endless number of frames/sizes..

It took me a while to understand how to choose a pair of glasses and that was time consuming - it would be helpful to have the various measurements electable as options to avoid looking at items that were not applicable. However, once chosen things couldn't have been better! The 10 days until delivery compared well with the High St opticians, the quality equal or better, the immense.

I will buy my next pair from Goggles4U.

On the back of being very pleased with the quality of a replacement pair of distance spectacles that arrived last week, I ordered a pair of reading glasses which have just arrived...

They were also equal or better than those offered on the High Street..

For some reason both pairs offered clearer vision on the same prescription than my original ones!

I was a satisfied user of the Co-op Energy, who switched me to OCTOPUS ENERGY as they were overwhelmed by the costs of the Systems IT.

Since then I've been thrilled with the service from Octopus Energy - so easy to use:

I receive an email on the 1st of the month, reminding me to read my meters.. Then in the same email I send the readings in less than 20 seconds with no passwords to enter, etc.
The bill is emailed within a couple of days, I print it out and that's it. I am also advised when I'm not on the cheapest rates, can switch at any time without any penalty!

A really trustworthy company with a great IT system and competitive prices - it'll take quite a bit to get me to leave!

I ordered a lemon tree, which arrived in perfectly healthy condition in a decent sized pot, quite exciting really! It was nice to see an EU Plant Passport attached to the stem.

As the box it arrived in was almost 2m high, it would be useful to have a circumferential strip about 30 cm from the bottom of the box that could be torn to enable the tall top part to be removed and then the pot could easily removed from the bottom part. I also bought a pair of suitable Fleece tree jackets for those chilly winter days which look substantial enough to do the job.

My order for a garden shed and garden gate arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The thickness of the shed walls and the gate were both thinner than expected, but both shed and gate were fitted quickly, & 6 months later look brand new! The modular way the shed was constructed was useful and it meant one person could easily carry the bits to the rear of the garden

After being transferred to Octopus Energy by Co-op Energy, I was a little concerned, but so far the prompt attention to queries and the ease of being in control have been amazing. The service is exactly what you want..

I was even advised that a slightly cheaper tariff was available on my latest bill and it was amended in seconds for 12 months.
