Animed let me down
Animed generally supply high cost pet goods and I expect them to be on the ball as they are a regulated pet medicine supplier. I have years of ordering from them but my last order was accepted with delivery within 5 working days (as is normal for their free delivery). I needed the specialist dog food so when it didn’t arrive after 9 days I checked and it was still being processed! I emailed and they stated that because 1 item on the order was out of stock they had not sent any of the items and had not bothered to email me to state if I deleted the out of stock item they could then send the rest! I emailed them again to remove the extra item and as they had been poor on customer service plus missed their delivery date they should send the order priority at their expense. The response was that they are not allowed to change the delivery method even though they were late. Overall poor customer service to not contact me about the delay, no acknowledgement they had let me down, inflexible about putting things right.
