This order was screwed up from the beginning 😞!! I ordered 1 but was charged for 4!! The total was $140 for something that should have been
$40 - 50.
When I saw this in my Email, I called and was assured that the order would be adjusted to 1!!
When it arrived ( to the wrong address ) there were 4!!
Then I was told to return the other 3 to GERMANY for the refund.
How is this going to cost given the weight and distance??? And, I was told that I had to bear the cost.
I am physically disabled so I’ll need someone to help me.
THIS WAS A TOTAL DISASTER !! 💣

I didn’t even want to give them a star tbh.
I ordered a seat cushion last Monday and in error (due to be being bombarded with pop-ups trying to sell me lots more items) I accidentally accepted an extra item at a cost of £18, which I didn’t want . There was no option to confirm the order before it was placed or remove the item myself . Payment was taken immediately.
I phoned the customer services number and was assured the order would be modified and the item removed.
The item was not removed and a day later I got an offer of a 30% discount on the unwanted item , because it was too late for the ‘state of the art’ warehouse to modify it.
I enquired about the returns process and it appears there isn’t one, except taking your chance at the post office sending a bulky footrest back to a company based abroad.
I accepted the 30% discount yesterday , and , guess what, that has been declined and they are now only offering 20% discount.
I really have lost all patience with this company . Allegedly my parcel is on the way , and although I suspect the products are good , their policies and customer service are zero star.
There are lots of good products of this type out there and I would give this company a wide berth in future
Update 14th August . I have now been contacted by customer services who have offered a full refund with no need to return the extra unwanted item. Thank you
The order also arrived today and the seat cushion is very good

I wrote an email to remove me from the mailing list - they said I'm removed, but I still receive mails from them!

Every day I receive three or four advertising emails from that company that annoy me, with no option to unsubscribe. This is illegal in Spain. I AM NOT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, LEAVE ME ALONE, PLEASE.

They don’t seem very competent. They have already been told multiple times that I didn’t make a purchase, didn’t subscribe, didn’t contact them in any way whatsoever.
Further update: I did finally receive a request for info from this company. Since the form they sent already had my email address on it and they have been sending me multiple emails every day to that address- I’m not sure what they think they have achieved. I am certainly not providing a phone number and, as I have never solicited any contact from them, I don’t have any order no, reference etc.

I have received NO request for anything from this company and, since I have never subscribed to them, it is hard to see how my ‘unsubscribe’ attempts can have been ‘unsuccessful’. I am taking legal advice and will be taking action.
Bombarded with totally unsolicited emails on an almost daily basis. No matter how often I block them, back they come. Thinking of getting an official ‘cease and desist’ letter. Appalling company.

The same experience as many others. Ordered one cushion and cover, received four of each!! Have not opened either one - went to return and would have to pay over $1000 shipping to Germany! Asked for a prepaid label and haven't heard anything. Poor and shoddy business. Do not order or trust.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.
They sell you these cushions, you unwrap it to try it out, and then it’s “used” so you can’t return.
They cite, “draw your attention to our return policy, specifically number 3, which state that we are unable to accept returns for used items, thank you for your understanding”.
They suck, stay away from these people.

Everything from start to finish. Their business model is not customer friendly. What they say they will do is not what they do. Don't take my word for it. Before you do business with them do some research ( i.e. look up the reviews in the Better Business Reviews ) They give Klaudena an F rating. Most of their reviews describe negative experiences and unresolved concerns.

This is the worst product anyone can have, and their process of tricking customers into ordering is manipulative. I initially ordered two seats; four others came, and they charged me for them. Returns are impossible because they don't pay for the shipping; instead, they offer a minimum discount and books that are not worth it. Please be careful and don't worry about ordering these items. They are from Germany, and the product doesn't fit the description.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I had the same experience as many others. The website is brutally aggressive and they place your order even if you have not hit "confirm". In addition, you have no idea when product will be delivered. Trying to reach them is very difficult and once you get them on the line they try to sell you more even when you are pissed. On top of that, one of their salespersons called me to let me know I did not have time to order extra seat covers while I was online. The website flashes continuously trying to beat you to the punch, so to speak so your keep wondering if your order is being processed. In my life I have NEVER had such a malicious experience. AND, if you want to return an item, it must meet their 7-day time frame and you pay the postage. Not likely they will receive the return within their specified time limitation. THIS IS A SCAM OF THE FIRST ORDER and the sale deserves to be in dispute.

Very quick delivery, arrived within a week. I have back, sitting cushions& foot rest & together they make for a really comfortable sitting experience. I am also much less stiff when I get up. The products are well made & there is a good description on line of how each product should/can be used. Definitely the best products for back pain that I have used.

This is a scam company - I had the same experience as others have reported. Order 1 cushion and they change it to 4 and say the order is already in process, too late to cancel or change. When you try to return, they send you a link to an RMA that is unsecure.

Klaudena has contacted me and said they will issue a credit, but it has yet to appear on my credit card.
