Further to my earlier review where I was having no success with a return or refund, I received a call from Joan Torres, Head of Customer Care at Klaudena. She was very apologetic and offered me a full refund without having to return the 4 seat covers to Germany.

It's unfortunate that it had to be raised in order for this to happen.

So far, so good. The food is fresh and the recipes are easy to make. We’re eating new foods and there’s minimal waste. Will definitely continue.
