Rice cooker won't turn on after 3 months. Never seen a rice cooker break before, so thats also an accomplishment. Reviews showed a lot of people had this problem

ALSO PLAYS THE VICTIM AND PRETENDS HE KNOWS THE LAW. JUST DEAL WITH THIS CARTOON HOW YOU LIKE... HE IS NO THREAT!!!

I have given kitchen love one star, although they don't deserve that. I got a quote for a new kitchen from Graham Griffith (the owner of kitchen love) and paid him a deposit of £6410. shortly after that I discovered what a poor (I'm being polite when I say that) company this is. I contacted Graham Griffith and cancelled the kitchen. I asked for my deposit back. Graham Griffith has NOT condescended to reply to me. This was in October 2024. I took my claim to the courts and now have a court order instructing Graham Griffith to re-pay me my deposit plus interest ASAP. I sent him an email to arrange for him to pay me my money back. I received a message back saying he had a new phone and who am I. Going by past experience he will just ignore me. So I have NO doubt I will be going back to the courts very soon.
My advice is DO NOT have anything to do with this company.

Previously many good reviews and then it all went wrong for Kitchen Love, my strong opinion and advice is to simply avoid Kitchen Love. I am posting this review firstly to make all aware of Kitchen Love’s failure to deliver in a timely manner, failure to fulfill promises made, failure to manage the small snags remaining, failure to issue a small refund for product not received and secondly in the hope that Graham (owner) will read this. The kitchen installation was planned for 3 weeks, however through a variety of ongoing Kitchen Love / Schuller design and manufacturing problems ran well over 8 months to deliver and minor snags remain. Later in the fiasco an enthusiastic Graham joined in, promising to get matters resolved and leading the charge into the manufacturer. There is much frustration to share about Kitchen Love and on reflection the number of issues on my job will, in my opinion arguably have cost Kitchen Love heavily as it transpired and it was admitted that many of these directly related to lack of competency, coupled and compounded by further delay due to the manufacturer's tardy attention to issue resolution. To be clear my issues have absolutely nothing to do with the kitchen fitter who was excellent throughout and who was similarly frustrated due to delays introduced because of Kitchen Love’s lack of attention to design detail. Kitchen Love’s business is broken with 2 active CCJs against them and negative reviews accumulating. Graham has blocked me on WhatsApp, my calls go straight to voice mail, and he refuses to respond to texts and emails sent. In April 2024 we ordered product which still has not arrived, with one excuse after another and my multiple requests for a refund being blanked, strangely my wife has not been blocked on WhatsApp and is able to communicate with Graham and via this he has linked me with a company for me to directly engage with and sort some small items required to resolve snags with them. Great customer issue resolution! Graham certainly does not want a conversation with me, he has got that right. The required refund is very small, but I have given Kitchen Love ample opportunity to make this refund and diffuse the situation. I have advised Graham that should Kitchen Love clear the current CCJs and continue to trade then I will commence legal proceedings to recover the money owed plus costs. Graham, I have properly advised you on this point, and that given the situation I will make every effort to convey my dissatisfaction with Kitchen Love and indeed yourself in the public domain. Kitchen Love, at least of recent times, is arguably a badly run business with a history of performance issues, false promises, resulting in another highly dissatisfied customer as demonstrated by my experience. Graham, the refund matter is small, and can be easily resolved, assuming Kitchen Love can trade through I will start the CCJ process. This is a matter of principle.

Avoid This Kitchen Company at All Costs

I deeply regret choosing this company for our kitchen renovation. The experience was riddled with dishonesty and unfulfilled promises.

Attempts to reach the team for support or updates often went unanswered, leaving us in the dark.
Payments were demanded upfront, yet progress was unreasonably delayed (6 months without a kitchen). The entire process felt exploitative.
If you're considering this company—please, don’t make the same mistake we (and many others) did. Please do your research on local facebook groups and google searches, read other reviews and, lets just say many of the 5 star reviews you see, may not be entirely verified ...

The owner, Graham, is central to the chaos. Let’s just say his management style is not one we’d endorse, and his actions left us feeling deceived. Some might even describe his behaviour in terms better suited to much stronger language.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!

We recently had a new kitchen installed in our office building, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Olivia was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring everything ran smoothly and all our questions were answered.

The templating and installation team were professional, friendly, and efficient - making what could have been a stressful project, completely hassle free. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship is outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality service and results!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
Kitchen Love may once have been a good company who delivered a good service – not all those 5-star reviews can be fake can they? But our experience has been far from 5 star rated and we know many people who have received the same substandard service that we have.
We paid £16,000 in August for a new utility room and existing kitchen refurbishment. That was our part of the bargain.
We are now paying for almost all of it again to another kitchen company. Another £16,000 to fix what Kitchen love started and didn’t finish.
Kitchen Love didn’t deliver their part of the bargain…… it’s called breach of contract. What they did provide were a constant stream of excuses and fabrications for why they couldn’t provide the service we had paid for.
We know that there are many other individuals, customers and tradespersons alike, who have been treated in this way by Kitchen Love in both the Ormskirk and Cheadle Hulme areas.
This company is now being investigated by Trading Standards.
So, our recommendation would be to avoid this company if you are looking to invest in a new kitchen.
If we could, we’d award no stars at all!

Stay well clear of this company or what's left of it there is no shop at Ormskirk any more they left there end of October and the shop at Cheadle they have been evicted from for not paying rent etc. This company took a large amount of money from me and husband in April for building work new kitchen and appliances. The building work was nothing short of disastrous and we have no kitchen and no appliances we have asked for a refund several times and received nothing not even an explanation as to why we have got what we had paid for my kitchen was ripped out on the 22nd July I still have no kitchen and it's the 12th Nov. Some companies go bust I get that but this one is taking money off people opening knowing that they have no creditors/contractors to use as they have no financial means I have three children 14,8 and 2 this has been the worst 5 months of our lives and life mental scars on us as a family it would appear some people in this world have no conscious. Don't use don't fall into the trap don't pay anything till you actually have the goods don't use bank transfer you will never get your money back.

Please stay clear of this company. He takes peoples money and makes promises which are lies! He owes lots of people kitchens or their money back but is happy for them to claim back from their credit cards. Very passive aggressive man!

Avoid avoid avoid. I ordered a kitchen from kitchen love at the beginning of August 2024.
This company have requested the full amount of the kitchen an appliances prior to the delivery which was due in 30th September 24.
The kitchen has never arrived.
Graham Griffiths who claims to be the company owner even though the company is registered in his son’s name made a multitude of excuses, bare faced lies and delay tactics to try and convince me why my kitchen had not been delivered.
I have been to the showroom in Ormskirk multiple times to speak to Graham and request a refund and each time there were various notes in the door as to why it was closed.
After 8 failed deliveries I visited the showroom on 19th October to find Graham dismantling the display kitchens and removing them from the site.
Graham has admitted he does not have my kitchen or the money to refund me.
I received a what’s app messsge at 5:30am the next morning asking me to take the kitchen which he was removing from the showroom which was totally different to what I ordered and would not fit my kitchen
I am now putting the matter in the hands of my bank.
I have since found out that Graham Griffiths had done this many time previously.
Do not give this company your money as you will not get your goods

Our experience with Kitchen Love has been nothing short of disastrous, directly due to the deceitful and unprofessional behaviour of Sales Manager Graham Griffiths. Graham runs the company, despite his son being listed as its director. Graham has had plenty of previous failures in business which we were completely unaware of until we discovered while desperately trying to chase our kitchen.

We placed our trust in Kitchen Love to deliver a high-quality Schüller kitchen but it has been delay after delay, excuse after excuse, and a series of blatant lies. First, Graham falsely claimed that the Schüller factory in Germany was closed for an extended period, beyond the scheduled August closure. With some effort (we contacted Schuller in Germany) we found out this was completely untrue—the delay was entirely due to Graham mishandling our order. We had to ask another company who have a 20 year relationship with Schuller to step in and help us.

Finally, after months of frustration and worry that we had lost our money, we finally received our kitchen and sink. The sink was incorrect and completely broken. Then we received an “upgraded” dishwasher by Graham himself, again the wrong size for our units. On top of that, we were delivered cheaper models of the fridge freezer and oven. The only appliances delivered correctly were the washing machine and the hob.
The amount of times we called, texted and tried to contact Graham to fix his appalling service was incredible and a complete waste of time.
Graham repeatedly promising to swap out the “mistakenly” delivered items or provide a new set, this has not happened.

We had already paid for all these integrated items but due to the complete mess we had received and the fact that kitchen fitters were waiting on their installation, we had to purchase the correct appliances in order to proceed further.
I am now considerably out of pocket as a result of having to buy the proper equipment myself.

Graham Griffiths’ consistent dishonesty has caused us immense stress and ruined what should have been an exciting investment in our home. Beyond our own experience, we now know of many other customers suffering the same issues coupled with threats from Graham. It’s clear ours is not an isolated incident but a recurring problem of unprofessional, unacceptable service. Not only are we having to try and retrieve funds through our bank but we are compiling information for a criminal case.

I strongly caution anyone considering Kitchen Love not to. Graham Griffiths has proven to be a liar, delivering substandard service and cutting corners at every opportunity. I wanted to share our experience to ensure others are aware of the unethical and fraudulent behaviour we have had to endure.

We recently had a small issue with our newly fitted kitchen, however Graham and fitter Neil stepped in immediately to resolve it. Great customer service again from Kitchen Love. Thank you!

Starting from design to installation we had excellent service! We worked with Graham on our design and him and his team brought it to life!
Grahams installer Neil was nothing but perfection and was probably one of the politest and meticulous workers we have ever had at our property! His attention to detail is second to non!
We stumbled accross an issue with our Siemens coffee machine being supplied due to a flood in Siemens main factory. Graham went above and beyond to ensure we had the machine as soon as possible and its touches like this that shows a company care about their customers! Although no machines available within the country for at least 9 months Graham managed to get us one !!
Thanks to all involved from start to finish!!

From the moment we walked into the showroom in Cheadle Hulme we were met with politeness professionalism and expertise which continued throughout our journey.
Lindsey helped us to get the kitchen we wanted with ideas we hadn't even thought of and within our budget.We are so pleased with the end result.

I initially approached Kitchen Love in their Showrooms in Ormskirk. I met several of the Office Staff who came over in a polite, caring and professional manner.
I was so taken with the visit I took my wife to the same showroom. Again we were treated with care and compassion. All of our questions were answered and upon receiving a quote which was probably bang on the money we decided to go with Kitchen Love. We were looked after by Graham who walked and talked us through the design. Additional conversations were held with other members of his team.
"So, lets do this" we said and so glad we did. From Preparation to a Perfect Kitchen we were very nervous. After all we were living in amongst it!!!!!!!! As each Team arrived we were kept up to speed with the process and the desired outcome. Scott, Gary, Danny were individual Leaders in their own field. All our concerns were answered with clarity and in a timely manner. After all this was a back to the brick project!!!!!!!
OK, the initial target date was not met but this was no fault of the Lads, more so the supplier of the items that would make up our Dream Kitchen. There were a few "snags" but all have been addressed. Clean, methodical and professional what more could you want.
The job is now complete. Are we happy, You Bet We Are!!!!!!

Just had kitchen fitted by Kitchen Love Graham the owner had a great knowledge of all kitchens very professional and a loverly guy he told us who would be the fitter Gary ,he did a first class job and also very clean and tidy .Would recommend this company to everyone .Regards P. Reader.

We had our kitchen completed by Kitchen Love nearly two years ago, and absolutely love it, we hardly ever use the rest of the house now.
The job was a total renovation, with walls being knocked down and two rooms now being part of the existing kitchen.
Each and every one of the team were a joy to have around, so hardworking and polite. Paul who led the job came back to us regularly saying he'd been thinking about this and that! I feel they lived and breathed our kitchen until the job was complete. A real testament to their hardwork and how much they enjoy their job.
Here we are nearly 2 years later, and we have suffered a small accident... a jar fell out of the fridge and damaged the freezer door. The damage is very small, but very noticeable to me !
So I made a call to Kitchen Love to see if they could help me. Two weeks later the new door has been measured, ordered and fitted. Thank you to Lindsey for sorting it, Neil for fitting it, and to Graham for your generosity for supplying this Free of Charge.
What a team you have Graham, I cannot speak highly enough of Kitchen Love.

Brilliant service and care taken with the end finish. The team are experienced and genuinely care about the end product. Sound advice and trustworthy company. We ended up with a kitchen that we were really happy with.

We can’t thank Harry and his team enough for rescuing our kitchen experience. Our kitchen had been ripped out by a different German company that had gone into liquidation, and with no competent team to put our new kitchen in. To cut a very long story short, Kitchen Love came to our rescue. They were very professional, caring and reassuring throughout the whole process. Harry kept me informed throughout from start to finish. Gary was our fitter, whose craftsmanship was exquisite. He was patient and his troubleshooting skills were fantastic. Needless to say we ended up with a beautiful kitchen that we are proud of.
