Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
Kitchen Love may once have been a good company who delivered a good service – not all those 5-star reviews can be fake can they? But our experience has been far from 5 star rated and we know many people who have received the same substandard service that we have.
We paid £16,000 in August for a new utility room and existing kitchen refurbishment. That was our part of the bargain.
We are now paying for almost all of it again to another kitchen company. Another £16,000 to fix what Kitchen love started and didn’t finish.
Kitchen Love didn’t deliver their part of the bargain…… it’s called breach of contract. What they did provide were a constant stream of excuses and fabrications for why they couldn’t provide the service we had paid for.
We know that there are many other individuals, customers and tradespersons alike, who have been treated in this way by Kitchen Love in both the Ormskirk and Cheadle Hulme areas.
This company is now being investigated by Trading Standards.
So, our recommendation would be to avoid this company if you are looking to invest in a new kitchen.
If we could, we’d award no stars at all!

The return policy does appear to be broken.

I purchased some spares last week incorrectly and I've tried to return them. The instruction suggest they will be collected buy I've remained at home all day and there has been no collection.

Plus not having someone to speak to is really frustrating and the AI chat is useless.

Prestige were first class from the moment you entered their impressive showroom. The follow up and attention to detail for our quartz order was extremely professional. The fitting team of Grant, Ian & Brad were respectful & polite in our home. The installation was completed very efficiently & it looks absolutely stunning. They also provided a very thorough guide for how to look after your new quartz. Highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Happy with the support providing information on better energy deals however it would be more useful to ask your customers AFTER the switch.
This is the first time I have used your services and I am a little aprehensive.
Fingers crossed the switch goes well.
