Avoid This Kitchen Company at All Costs

I deeply regret choosing this company for our kitchen renovation. The experience was riddled with dishonesty and unfulfilled promises.

Attempts to reach the team for support or updates often went unanswered, leaving us in the dark.
Payments were demanded upfront, yet progress was unreasonably delayed (6 months without a kitchen). The entire process felt exploitative.
If you're considering this company—please, don’t make the same mistake we (and many others) did. Please do your research on local facebook groups and google searches, read other reviews and, lets just say many of the 5 star reviews you see, may not be entirely verified ...

The owner, Graham, is central to the chaos. Let’s just say his management style is not one we’d endorse, and his actions left us feeling deceived. Some might even describe his behaviour in terms better suited to much stronger language.

I regret choosing this company and wouldn’t recommend it at all. The lack of care for customers is truly disheartening. Frankly, it feels irresponsible to support companies like this. Look into ethical services instead. Sometimes, taking a stand is necessary, even if it’s inconvenient. There are better options, easily accessible.

Loved hive, but nest us better. When hive first started there was a free service and now they won't help you without paying for a yearly subscription.

Stay clear of this company. Dreadful customer services. He takes your money and doesn't deliver kitchens until almost 6 months later (in my case) when it was promised upto 8 weeks.

No apologies but instead harassment, bullying and zero empathy for stringing you along. We have also found out that Graham Grifitths who owns this company has done this previously. Check out Kitchen Kraft and other reviews on Facebook etc... not a nice man at all...

I had a 1 star review previously but he blackmailed me to remove it. I'm now worried for othe people making the same mistake.

Check his history out with previous businesses he has owned... been playing the same game since 2017...

Great quality carpet, but not the greatest customer service. Our knowledge on the carpet spec wasn't correct, our mistake in the end, but could have been explained in a more civil way. Best of luck to them, but I won't be using them again.

Tried to get a mortgage with these guys.. house is completely paid for, buying it from my parents to clear their debts for 100k and the surveyor declined cos I spoke to him about our plans in the far distant future! A small rear single extension... absolutely shocking and now my parents future is not secure. John Yates was the name of the surveyor for Nationwide... im absolutely shocked at his response...

Our contract came to an end they still charged us for a further 2 months. Absolutely shocking.

Would have given Zero stars if there was an option. Absolutely awful product. If it goes wrong your left with no heating! The house is freezing and they don't care... we have had proems ever since we've had hive and I urge anyone researching to go to better companies like Google nest.

On top of everything, it took almost 2 weeks to get back in touch to try and sort the problem (second line team) who couldn't sort the problem anyway.

The plumber who came out was genuine, friendly and a professional.

Used a promo code and they suggested that we had used the promo before which isn't true. They then asked me to provide loads of details for them to investigate all for £10 voucher. Absolute joke do not use this company. Uber is better
