I spoke to my local main dealer who was pretty unhelpful, contacted justjagsuk via the chat link on their website and they sent me a diagram of the part i was looking for to confirm that it was the right part.

Ordered it online and received it in a couple of days.

I ordered nearly £600 worth of trim items for a Jaguar X350 from Just Jags purely because their website appeared to show parts available that are out of stock at JLR classic but encountered problems from the outset.
Firstly I received no acknowledgment whatsoever from them of my order and was unable to create an account on their webpage. After a couple of days I contacted them via their webchat facility and was told by Tom Carr, whom I believe is a director of parent company Myton Automotive, that the order had been received and parts not in stock were on order. He provided me with a password to register for an online account and assured me he would keep me updated with the order. A further two weeks passed with no update so I again contacted Tom via email and was given conflicting info from initial contact of what items they actually had in stock but was assured that all other items on order were en-route from JLR. Another three weeks later with no further update I again contacted Tom via email requesting that the items in stock be dispatched immediately and that I be issued a refund for the items they did not have/quite obviously were unable to source. I received no response nor did I receive a response from a further email three days later.
Four months on from my initial order and with no further contact from Just Jags/Myton Automotive I have just been fully refunded via my credit card company having referred the matter to them for investigation

I was having difficulty in determining a hose part number so I dropped down to see Tom who worked out what the part number was, and had it by noon the following day. OEM part which has resolved my issue. Will use again.

Part of the Myton Automotive group who do parts for Jaguar and Land Rover. Comprehensive web site at good prices, with better descriptions and photos than many. Answered the phone quickly and were able to respond to queries quickly and accurately. Lose one star for the delivery being a day late - not their fault that a part didn't arrive, but they did not warn me of the delay - I had to phone and ask.
